The gentleman behind the counter named john was awesome. As soon as I walked in along with other customers, he greeted everyone and had a very positive attitude. I would definitely recommend him for some kind of management position just from my first interaction with him. Also my first time ever at a PDQ, I will definitely be back

Went to pick up online order tonight for dinner they didn't have the honey butter on my chicken sandwich no big deal I called them explained the situation the manager nick asked how far away we lived and remade our whole order no questions asked thats great customer service right there I've been treated worse at a pizza spot I order from almost weekly this brought back my faith in restaurants and there customer service

I got an eight piece chicken nugget and the quality was disgusting.It felt like I was eating meat glue or just the fat of the chicken, i'm not sure because I didn't want to look at it. Very gross.
