They are completely rude when I asked for boba pearls to they did not put boba pearls I clearly stated I want boba pearls they put no boba pearls in my taro tea the next time I came on they said want any toppings in a rude voice because we remember the last time you did I not say you wanted a topping when I clearly did they were rude to me for a mistake on there end not even my fault it was a mistake going there again yesterday when they were rude to us we won’t be back anytime soon we will done another place to get boba tea even if it is far away they lost a customer they are so rude don’t recommend going there never again don’t go here stuff is over priced for bad service DONT GO HERE than is rude to me and lies to me when responds blames us for there misunderstanding lost our business for good

Never had super service with the previous owners but never had a big issue either - hate to be the one to leave a bad review but we visited today after not being in a while and the service was even worse. The waitress didn’t know the menu at all, didn’t come once to check on us to see if we needed anything, didn’t give a refill of our water and never brought our boba tea. She realized as we were checking out and offered to make them still but we were over it at that point. No apology, no offer for free drinks; nothing. Super disappointing because honestly the food is great. Service is just absolutely terrible. This restaurant desperately needs better ownership/management.

I decided I wanted to go here for my birthday dinner. I ordered the chicken. When the waitress asked if I wanted rice, fried rice or noodles. I ordered the fried rice, hubby ordered the chowmein. I ordered a jasmine mango tea with jellied lychee. My meal was delicious, but there was more bell peppers than anything. The chef/owner came out to ask if the food was ok. We said yes, he turned away, no smile, no thank you or appreciation.When we received the bill, we realized everything was extra. Where I thought the fried rice came with the meal, with the way the waitress asked. The rice was one price, the chowmein another additional price. My tea was $5.00 with an extra cost of .75 for a spoonful of jellied lychee.I recommend you try a meal here just be aware EVERYTHING has a separate price so it’ll add up quickly.

This place is pho king awesome! I am vegan and my wife is vegetarian, and there are few options for us in this area. The Kung Pao Tofu was amazing!! So much tofu, and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside! My wife had the Vegetable Teriyaki which she added tofu to, and she enjoyed it as well (although not as much as my Kung Pao). We also had tofu egg rolls, tofu spring rolls, and the Watermelon frozen lemonade, all of which we enjoyed. Good prices too!Vegetarian options: There are 4 or 5 vegetarian options, labeled under "vegetable dishes" (or something similar).

Let me start off by saying that the taro milk tea I got was pretty alright. I've never gotten flavored balls in a taro milk tea before, but at their suggestion I did, and it was good.The spring rolls were about normal. Nothing really had flavor, so the hoisin sauce was definitely needed.The pho is probably the worst I've ever had. Nothing had any flavor at all. They told me I should add salt, and I told him it wouldn't work. Then they told me I should have fish sauce so I did. Then the whole thing tasted a fish sauce, but no umami. I asked if they had MSG and they said no. Finally I just returned the whole thing uneaten.I was offered a spring roll order, for which she said she wouldn't charge me. The spring roll order was about 1/3 of the cost of the pho, so I said I'd be happy to pay for the spring rolls and get a refund for the pho. So she gave me a cash refund but didn't include tax so I was able to help her calculate what that was.I don't see myself coming back here again if I'm in town.
