Pizza Villa and Restaurant

Arrived here for my daughter’s birthday after soccer tonight at 8:02, was turned away when the door clearly says 8:30. Disappointed.

Pizza Villa, has some of the best pizza in town. I’ve been ordering from them for years and I’ve only had one issue after speaking to management, They immediately fix the problem. Thank you, for caring for your customers. You guys are the best and the food is great!

Why do the girls that take orders when picking up they automatically add a 4 dollar tip when all they do on pick up is just turn and get the pizza from t he window 2 times it happened feel like I’m getting robbed next time someone has to fix this

Decided to order sandwiches for dinner. I had the chicken parmesan and was really disappointed. The chicken was burnt and very dry. Hardly any sauce on it and no flavor whatsoever. My son had a cheesesteak..the bread was burnt and hardly any cheese. He was not happy. We wont be ordering sandwiches again. Pizza villa on spring hill drive is much better. Pizza is great there.

Chose to stop taking orders 30 minutes before close. Called after driving about 15 minutes to place an order for one person and they tell me they’re closed. Worked in kitchens all my life you don’t shut your oven off until closing time period especially on a Friday night. Baffled 😕 young woman picked up and was also slightly rude

Wait time was incorrect. When got there it appears they hadn't even started cooking. Was told 20 minutes got there 1/2 hour later. So even 10 minutesafter time told. :-(

Can’t recommend this place enough. The food is always great quality, the service is excellent, and the menu has something for everyone. My kids love the pizza, my husband loves the wings, and I can’t get enough of all of it. It’s hard to find good quality food in Hernando county, Pizza Villa never disappoints.

Happened a little while ago but got a 17$ pizza pickup. Look at my bank account and got charged 30 something dollars I called and asked why and apparently they knew there was a girl tipping herself . They knew exactly who I was talking about and claimed couldn’t refund the $ or do anything.

Went in today for lunch ordered a large toss salad and a large chs and a large pep. Salad was ok had tomatoes, black olives, Pizza was ok crust was flavorless but crisp sauce was good what I had of it really not much on the pizza which made it dry and disappointing. Bill was 46 dollars we did water for drinks or it probably would have been another 20 bucks at least. Maybe their dinners are better.
