Pj's Brick Oven Pizza Brooksville

This is the best pizza I've had in a long time. The people are friendly and the food is amazing.. My family and I sat down ate the garlic knots.. it was so good we had to order more. I recommend this pizza place if you want real pizza.. Love it!!!

The pizza is one of the better pies in my area, but I think that says more about the lousy pizza in my area rather than this place.

But even with decent pizza, the service here sucks. 45 minutes to make a pepperoni pizza, when they don’t have any other orders. And the employees, with piercings all in their faces, could care less.

I know not to expect good biscuits and gravy in Vermont. I just have to learn to not expect good pizza in Brooksville.

Fantastic food, amazing fair prices! So flavorful! Beats any other around honestly! Also so kid friendly, staff was so sweet, let the kids play with dough while we ate ? great experience and will forever suggest them over any other! Keep up the good work!!

Kid-friendliness: The cook was so sweet and gave my kids dough to play with while we could eat! She knew just how to occupy them so we could enjoy a hot meal ? 10/10

Ordered the Meaty Sicilian. It is more cheese and meat than one man can eat in a weekend! I was not disappointed. You might want extra cheese and some dipping sauce.

We're told 45 minutes ended up taking them an hour and a half, and it was completely soaked in grease. They said sorry we're busy. Will never go back to that location

My husband and I have loved Pjs for a few years now. Recently the past several visits have been so disappointing. I’m not sure what happened with your pizzas but our last 3-4 pies have been fails. We are going to have to find a new pizza place unfortunately. Wish yall the best!

I really wanted to give a good rating after the things I heard. Was told 45 to an hour on delivery. I'm ok with the wait that's normal, get a call at the 1 hour mark it's going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. Ok I can wait. 1 hour 45 minutes food gets delivered. Now, late food I can tolerate. But late and ice cold. I will never order again.

Coming from the Northeast and being used to a certain type of pizza this one wasn't to bad. It had a nice flavor and the toppings were good. I got sausage and mushroom, the sausage was sliced which I am not used to but it was still good. I also ordered chicken wings and garlic which were very good. I thought it was a bit pricey for pizza but other than that we enjoyed it. Next time we go we'll try dining in.
