Being from Baltimore snowballs are a summer staple… snowcones do not even come close to snowballs… this is a must stop for the authentic snowball… especially egg custard with marshmellow!!
While I do recommend the snowball stand I do have a small suggestion. The ice. Today's ice used was more of a snow consistency. It was very soft and felt like I was eating snow. As a "former" Baltimorian, I like the ice with a little crunch. The flavor was spot on though. I do give it a 5 ⭐ because of the atmosphere and flavorings oh and marshmallow topping.
I’ve never liked shaved ice until The Snowball Shack!!! The old fashioned egg custard is absolutely delicious and I find myself stopping by at least once per week (sometimes even more) 😬
