I have never felt so welcomed walking into a Starbucks. 4 different employees engaged with me and it was so nice! I even took a business card so I could contact their general manager. Whatever that store is doing, keep it up. You make a difference in this crazy world.

I am very pleased that the barista corrected my drink even though they were closing at that very moment. He advised me that they wouldn't typically correct a drink after store closure, but he would do it this time since i was only a minute late. The remade drink was perfect. The barista's name is Xav. He's always very helpful each time I've encountered him.

It is sad that there were no sandwiches offered on this particular location. We have been an original Gold card Star Bucks holder for over three decade and that is disappointing not to have sandwiches. Could Star Bucks corporation issue us our lifetime access to free coffee and sandwiches for life. Check out the original Gold Card of Star Buck we still have ours and carry every where. I wish corporate will honor their loyal system.
