Update 1 year later. Still running out of items nothing changed.
This location is always running out of one thing or another. If it’s not product then it’s cups or straws or something else. I know we’re in a situation we’re things are hard to come by, but this is the only store in the area that is always running out of stuff. I’m starting to wonder if it’s just poor management.
Another update: nothing has changed with them running out. It has become a running joke with my wife and I to see what they are out of today. Dec 2024
It appears that this location is never going to change. Here it is the end of April in 2025 and they still run out of basic items. I like to come here because it’s close and convenient to my house but when you can’t even keep drink carriers in stock, it makes it difficult to juggle four drinks while I drive down the road now I’ve got hot. Coffee spilled everywhere. I’m gonna stop coming to this location because Whoever order supplies really suck at their job. I think I’m gonna drive the extra few miles to go to one of the other locations. This place can kick rocks.

What! Never been in a Starbucks. Went in and was greeted by just about everyone! The employee suggested a pumpkin muffin and I ordered a coffee to go. Wow! They were all over the place filling everyone's order and giving great service. Gold star treatment here at this location. Thank you for making my first time a great experience. 👍🔥

If you’re looking for a reliable Starbucks DO NOT go here. Me and my husband have ordered here several times over the last 3 years and they always get the order wrong.
Today I ordered ahead 2 Caramel Ribbon Crunch (frappe) one with mocha line, 1 with caramel line… the car queue was slow (not bothered by this, but happens often here), and when they handed me the drinks both were melted, sweaty by condensation and very sticky.
Flavor was mostly chocolate/mocha, the cashier noticed that the drink wasn’t up to a standard because they too looked at the drinks weird.
A little melt/condensation, thats fine with me, but when the Venti drink starts to melt and look like a Grande portion on a Venti cup (even with the whipped cream)… just redo everything… it’s called common sense + good service.
Please Starbucks, reserve your ‘politically correct’ and possibly auto generated comment that ask people to speak with “”the team””. This wont return the$ clients spend on wrongly dispatched orders.
Just talk with your employees and get your locations/ service in order.It has 100% aged poorly.

Sav and the team were really great, having patience and understanding with me when I made a mistake With my drive-through pick up order. Great customer service, great atmosphere and music - although I started the transaction with my mistake, they had me feeling valued , and didn’t judge me. Really appreciate and respect that greatly!

I've been here multiple times and not once have i had my order made right. Today they made my drink 3 different times and couldn't get it right. I just walked out, do not waste your money here. They are absolutely clueless on how to make their own drinks even with the instructions right in front of them.

After almost two decades of being a loyal customer. I was told by a new manager that they would no longer serve me cold brew uncut. I asked him why and he chose to lie to me instead of just saying he's on a power trip and wants to throw his new weight around I guess. I also guess that being a loyal customer for that long meant nothing to him. I can find my coffee some where else but I will truly miss the relationships I built with staff over all these years. Great job on your new manager hire Starbucks.

I went to this location about a week ago to get a Nitro Cold Brew and let me tell you it was absolutely disgusting. The drink smelt and tasted rotten. We love the Nitro Cold Brew and have never had a problem at any other location. I don’t think they ever clean their tap or change out the keg. When we received our drink there was no nitrogen bubbles just a flat black coffee. We spoke with Greg who was so nice and let us know on our next trip around they would give us another one. We went today to get our drink and once again it tasted and smelled rotten. We decided to just go to a different Starbucks and it was a night and day difference on how theres was. We have brought up this issue with this location several times and nothing is being done about it. If you are a fan of the Nitro like we are DO NOT GO HERE!!!
