Subway in Brooksville

“Utilized their curb service.
The Subway teammate walked out to my car in a timely manner. But her interaction wasn't pleasant. Didn't say hello, just roughly said WHAT'S THE NAME? Then she checked the name on the receipt and handed me the Subway bag. Walked away without saying thank you or have a good day or thanks for visiting Subway. That wasn't a nice experience. IDK if I'll go back to that location.

“App was used didn't work. Resorted to order being called in. This is while someone is waiting to get food. Quite frankly, didn't feel like the person I was dealing with really cared. Once order placed , the they quickly assembled the order and apologized for the inconvenience.“

“Every time I come to this Subway, I leave impressed. The manager Brenda, truly makes the experience stand out. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with so much excitement and positive energy that it instantly puts you in a good mood. She’s not only welcoming, but you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in running the store.

The food is always fresh, well-prepared, and tastes great every single time. I’ve never had an issue with my order, and if I ever had a question, Brenda and her team are quick to help with a smile. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency and effort these days.

On top of that, the store itself is spotless. The tables, counters, and prep area are always super clean and organized, which makes me feel confident about eating here. It’s clear Brenda and her team go above and beyond to make sure everything is top-notch, from customer service to food quality to cleanliness.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really feel like Brenda deserves the recognition for the way she manages this Subway. She sets the tone for the whole place, and because of her, this has become one of my favorite spots to grab a meal.“
