Definitely my favorite subway to go to in the hernando county area! Mariah always makes my sandwich with love and to perfection. Ive been going to subway sense i was little and they have some of the best deals sometimes for cheap!!

I'd give this place zero stars if possible. Bacon should be bacon not rubber strips. Extra 2.38 for 3 half strips of stringy lame bacon is ridiculous. You can't substitute meat ? I didn't realize you have to pay 20 dollars for a single sub for it to not even be appetizing and feel like a complete waste. Last time ill ever go. Enjoy subway, you are losing more customers because you dont care about what they want. Bad bread, bad lettuce, bad bacon, skimping on meats and service quality going down the drain.

i go here all the time but this time for some reason they totally stole from me. i ordered a foot long flat bread tuna sub and this is what they gave me. this is not a foot long and i just payed an extra $5 for the footlong instead of the 6 inch. i called the store and spoke with the manager and all she was saying was “i watched the staff member make it and that’s how they’re made” okay well that’s crazy cause i order the same thing all the time and i always get 12 inch sub not half of that. Manager was rude and told me to have doordash deal with it. I’m never the type to leave reviews like this but like come on i payed for a 12 inch and got half of that and on top of that the bread wasn’t toasted like i asked, there’s no lettuce when i asked there to be; so to be told she won’t refund me or remake it or didn’t even ask for a picture? totally unprofessional and disappointing

It was so nasty the tables weren't even cleaned there was food crumbs all over the tables the floor look like it hadn't been cleaned since like a month ago the lettuce was Brown and it was not fresh

Every time I come to this Subway, I leave impressed. The manager Brenda, truly makes the experience stand out. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with so much excitement and positive energy that it instantly puts you in a good mood. She’s not only welcoming, but you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in running the store.

The food is always fresh, well-prepared, and tastes great every single time. I’ve never had an issue with my order, and if I ever had a question, Brenda and her team are quick to help with a smile. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency and effort these days.

On top of that, the store itself is spotless. The tables, counters, and prep area are always super clean and organized, which makes me feel confident about eating here. It’s clear Brenda and her team go above and beyond to make sure everything is top-notch, from customer service to food quality to cleanliness.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really feel like Brenda deserves the recognition for the way she manages this Subway. She sets the tone for the whole place, and because of her, this has become one of my favorite spots to grab a meal.

The customer service here is horrid. The employees walk around with very nasty attitudes. Why do they have a rack for pickup orders when they admitted they dont use it? If you see a confused and lost customer how about asking if they need some help. Find better employees.
