Ordered a sandwich with DoorDash. Received a sandwich with so much sweet onion teriyaki sauce that I can't even pick up the sandwich. I did not ask for extra so there should not be this much dressing. Asked for extra spinach and got five pieces of spinach. The bread is so destroyed that I can't even hold it. And I was supposed to receive smashed avocado and there's none on the sandwich. So I called the store and the person who answered the phone told me they couldn't do anything's for me because they were the only one in the store. I do know that is not true because I spoke to the DoorDash delivery person and they told me that there was more than one person in the store. I will be disputing the charge on my card. I can't afford to waste money.

Okay so this place is what it is as they have decent subs but look for specials. All kinds of different online coupon codes online available. The Philly steak and cheese is really good. Cold Cut Trio is a solid sandwich. Pretty good selection of subs and quite a few different breads to choose from as well. You can get your bread toasted if preferred...that's the way I like it! As far as where it's located the plaza is outdated not too many stores there and it's a little sketchy but to pick up your food and go no problem.

Don’t eat at this location honestly don’t even go in the front door. My wife and I were using the laundry mat next door and she needed to use the restroom so she went over there to use the bathroom cause there was no public restroom in the laundry mat so we figured it wouldn’t be a problem, the staff was incredibly rude to her saying did Amscot send you down here they also said it’s supposed to be only for customers but she said I guess you can use it with a sigh. If you want an intolerable customer service experience go here I guess other wise I wouldn’t touch it with a 10 foot pole.

Very rude and disrespectful bingo in a Subway for most of my life it was over 25 years ago that somebody was counting the olives and Counting the jalapenos and I felt like that was very rude and it wasn't worth the price it skipped a good 25 years but today went to a Subway and they were doing it again Not only was the quality of food low and customer service was disrespectful and rude but they were counting olives again the sandwich was flat as a board and now their prices have raised I will never go to Subway again

I ordered 2 sandwiches and the bread was old and hard. Also both sandwiches tasted a bit spicy and I don't like spicy. I tried calling for 2 days and no one answered the phone. Wanted to see about making things right but unless I literally go back, what can I do?

Went in there with my wife and kid and the two employees were giving out bad attitude from the beginning it was like they were mad to take your order and rushing you to order slamming the door to oven didn’t even give my son time to order the lettuce and pickles was turning brown my wife said something about it and they said that that’s the way it always is and that’s it good with an attitude so we opted out to just leave they really acted like they did not want to be there or like they were dying to get a fix of drugs or maybe it could be that we are American Hispanic need less to say won’t be going back there
