The customer service was great. The employees are nice and friendly. I would recommend this Subway to friends and family. Definitely a very clean store.
Gross, cut corners, employees never getting paid, owner is a coward who has no business running a business at all. I worked there for a while after first moving here, I don't know who was stealing more stuff the owner or the employees. Even the IRS cannot find this guy who owned it so he screwed a lot of people out of money. He wouldn't even put a light bulb in the back of the building for when you walk to your car when some people asked because they were worried about their safety he just told them what they want to hear.

Only take cash or use your app. They say it's a problem with their computers, but if I remember correctly, this is not the first time. They need to upgrade the system.
Filthy facilities. Dining room floor hasn’t been mopped in quite awhile. Out of pepper? How does that happen? Tables haven’t cleaned. Ingredients are turning color. Like reddish lettuce.

Second night in a row I come before 9pm and store is closed door locked and whoever was inside kept hanging up on me when I tried to call. Online says your open till 10pm, the door says 9pm I came at 8:20 pm and stores closed.

This Subway is never consistent. Always items unavailable and it gets very old! Maybe they need to close until they can get a full menu.. ?♂️?
