Our order was confirmed and to be picked up at 6:25. We arrived a smidge early and waited. And waited. We weren’t given any updates on the order unless I called to check in. I understand it was busy, but we were getting bothered waiting this long without any updates, especially since I had another pick up elsewhere I had timed according to this pick up. they screwed up our take out order by giving our order to the wrong person causing my wife and I to have to wait 30 minutes out in the parking lot while they "remade" our order.
For the trouble they threw in a couple cheesecake slices and a free appetizer on our next visit which will never happen in a million years.
so we get home and my "rare" ribeye, I couldn't cut with a chainsaw and was extremely undercooked even for rare.

Tonight we went to Texas Roadhouse, we waited almost an hour after being on a waitlist saying 30-40 min. It was slammed and we were put next to the baker making those amazing rolls… the baker, Sean, gave my struggling kiddos little pieces of dough and gloves to roll and play with, engaged with them and turned what could have been a really crumby start to an amazing one.

Texas Roadhouse is a bustling spot, even during bad weather. The staff and food are top-notch, and the caring manager ensures good service. Even during busy times, the service remains exceptional. The steak is cooked perfect, and the house salad is absolutely the best. Servers are friendly and amazing, taking care of everything super quick. The amazing rolls are a highlight. While service has been hit or miss in the past, recent visits have shown that some servers, like John and Lewis, provide exceptional service. Both made sure customers never went without anything, and the food was delicious. Although there were complaints from other tables, the quality of food and service remains high, with everything perfectly cooked and delicious. It is totally worth the wait and an amazing place, with staff being so kind. However, management could improve their approach to handling staff in front of customers.
