Service has always been hit or miss when we came here in the past but John was amazing this time around! Made sure we never went without anything and always kept an eye on us. Food was delicious!
We were here August 30th for Dinner, first and foremost our server, Lewis was exceptional even though it was extremely busy. The table next to us complained several times, although they seemed to enjoy their meal. The manager, do not know her name decided in a full restaurant to berate Lewis because of this table. I have been in business long enough to know if you need to speak to an employee it is best done in private. She was rude and no one deserved to be treated like that...
Exceptional service, as usual, we were seated quickly, ordered, our food arrived, everything was absolutely perfectly cooked and delicious! We're always very pleased with the quality and service at Texas Roadhouse! Highly recommend this establishment 1000%!
