Not gonna deal with it anymore. I’m gonna spend my $100 elsewhere. Hopefully everyone else does also.

I was a little disappointed at my experience this evening. As I was feeding my infant son I noticed a long strand of hair in my guacamole. I called for the waitress who asked if I wanted some new guacamole. I said sure and she apologized and went to grab it. Upon her return I noticed that the guacamole where the hair was was pinched out and they gave me the same guacamole that I originally had. I spent over 60.00 tonight and was insulted that they acted as though they gave me something new. As I was preparing this review I noticed that I had reviewed this restaurant about 5 months ago and gave it 4 stars. We frequent this store alot so I was upset that we were treated so poorly this time.

Person that took my order barely listened or explained what is on the burrito and tacos we ordered. No one bothered to come back by and talk to us. Had to go to counter to get refills and to go box. Soft shells for tacos were cold and practically inedible. Same thing happened before in our other visits. Not gonna recommend or come back.
We had the chicken chimichanga and I cannot remember the other item. Will be back to try more dishes

I usually visit a different location and Tijuana Flats food is generally pretty good, however on today's visit the Taco shells were either stale or they forgot to bake them.
Hopefully this is an anomaly and my next visit to this location will be better.

Food was cold but freshly prepared ? burrito with chicken tasted good but wasn't hot and was dry. Girl working counter was super nice and confirmed your order to be sure you got what you like in food. BUT the place was very dirty, food all on the floor here and there , I had to wipe my chair before I sat . NEVER AGAIN I didn't even get out of parking lot before I felt sick and then started throwing up all the way home. They weren't even busy for 1pm on a Thursday.
