I was on a road trip from out of state recently and was craving something refreshing. I saw the Tropical Smoothie on Cortez and decided to stop in since it’s always been one of my favorites. This location really stood out. The place was clean and well put together, and the staff were friendly and professional—especially the manager on duty, Maddyson. Service was quick and my smoothie was perfect. I’ll definitely be stopping by again whenever I’m in the area.

This place needs an overhaul on the staffing. There are smoothies on the screens, so its clear that they can see what needs to be made and they're walking around like there's nothing to do and its down time or something. A couple young girls were at the counter not ordering, clearly friends of the employees. I went up to the counter and asked about my order and they made part of my order and then went back to not making smoothies, and then another customer who was still waiting on their smoothies went up to ask when their smoothies would be ready and they acted confused as to which smoothies she was waiting on even though they were clearly the only ones on the screen. After she complained, they finally finished making the smoothies. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. There were 4 employees in there, no cars in the drive through, one mobile order (mine), and one table of 3 customers in the store.
Update: I don't know why I keep trying with this place. I like smoothies and the location is convenient, but it's almost always wrong. Even when I order just one smoothie, it's wrong atleast half the time.

I came to tropical smoothie cafe and got a detox island green. Staff were great, smoothie was great! When you’re traveling this is no sugar added option when you want a smoothie that is consistent check out tropical smoothie cafe!

A few coworkers and I ordered from thsi place after I RAVED aboutt it bc I had such a good experience last time.

I ordered a Flat bread chicken Chipotle ckub-- recieved a wrap instead-- , ordered Acai bowl with Nutella which I paid extra, and did not get it. The fruits were wilted and old.

My coworkers both ordered the sweet potatoes side, and neither was given it, and no explanation before handing it to pur pick up person that they did not have it available any longer.

Very disappointed. I would like to get my money back. Spent 21$ for food that is old and not even a completed and wrong order. I will be going to management tomorrow. What a waste of money.

I had an issue with my order, and the district manager, David, went far above and beyond to make it right. He personally delivered the correct order to me and made sure everything was perfect. Love the smoothies here! The flavors are fresh and delicious, and it’s such a nice alternative to an iced coffee on a hot day. The drive-through service was friendly and quick, and our smoothies were ready in no time. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality makes it worth it!

My Wife and Daughter loves this place. They both have their favorite smoothies. I noticed the staff let's them pick and change ingredients that they like.
