I came to tropical smoothie cafe and got a detox island green. Staff were great, smoothie was great! When you’re traveling this is no sugar added option when you want a smoothie that is consistent check out tropical smoothie cafe!

A few coworkers and I ordered from thsi place after I RAVED aboutt it bc I had such a good experience last time.

I ordered a Flat bread chicken Chipotle ckub-- recieved a wrap instead-- , ordered Acai bowl with Nutella which I paid extra, and did not get it. The fruits were wilted and old.

My coworkers both ordered the sweet potatoes side, and neither was given it, and no explanation before handing it to pur pick up person that they did not have it available any longer.

Very disappointed. I would like to get my money back. Spent 21$ for food that is old and not even a completed and wrong order. I will be going to management tomorrow. What a waste of money.

I had an issue with my order, and the district manager, David, went far above and beyond to make it right. He personally delivered the correct order to me and made sure everything was perfect. I was so impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service. Love the smoothies here! The flavors are fresh and delicious, and it’s such a nice alternative to an iced coffee on a hot day. The drive-through service was friendly and quick, and our smoothies were ready in no time. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality makes it worth it!

My Wife and Daughter loves this place. They both have their favorite smoothies. I noticed the staff let's them pick and change ingredients that they like.

Very put off about being handed a tip calculator when paying nearly $20 for 2 smoothies this tacky procedure should immediately be stopped isn’t not enough to patronize your business and pay for the product received

A little disappointed in the wrap. I know eggs went up in price but putting less in your wrap won't keep customers. That being said our wraps looked more like mini flatbreads than the full rounded ones depicted on the website and in store menu. The smoothies were delicious though.

I have been to many Tropical Smoothies and this one is by far is the cleanest and most welcoming location they have. The staff is lightning quick and very polite. Thank you manager Chris and crew member Sierra for a great experience! I will continue to drive 30 min for my smoothie and it’s because you guys make it worth while. The delicious food is the icing on the cake!
