It's ridiculous that they are to-go only after 11 pm. You're not even allowed to go inside. They have security blocking the door, and someone taking orders through a window. I feel bad for the servers too, because you know they're not making anything on tips. I could understand why they would do this in a high crime area, but this is right off the interstate in Brooksville. Waffle House needs to change this policy.

I think something may be wrong with their sausage patties. Boyfriend and I were there last night (6/23/25 around 9-9:30)and both of us had the same reaction after eating them. Itchy tongues, itchy ears, hives, swelling tongues. That's never happened to me before but for both of us to experience the same symptoms is very odd. The sausage patties were the only things we had both eaten. Symptoms went away after a few hours but it was odd.
Good place for an early breakfast.
