Got the complete wrong food and no extra sauce. Was very clear when I ordered food. No upgrades and complete wrong order.my order wasn’t read back. The manager was stingy and didn’t get for the asked for( large fries and drink). I can’t guarantee I paid for it because I didn’t get a receipt. Such a sour taste in my mouth.

Drive Thru only had 1 car at the window but waited 5 minutes before order was taken, when i pulled up to scan a reward I had to discount my order they scanned it but didnt give me a new total or apply it and just ran my card for the full amount. Waited another 3 minutes for my food and while hot, didn't taste like it was cooked all the way and fries were under salted. Would avoid using rewards app here since it seems like they don't care and avoid expecting the food to taste as good as other Wendy's

Why can I not get my food when I'm at the drive through? Why must I pull up park and wait for 10 minutes to get one meal, sandwich, potatoes and coffee. I also paid $6+ dollars for this displeasure? This Why I don't come here. Too bad.

I went there 10/4 around 11:00AM. They were incredibly busy and understaffed, and I had to wait for maybe 10 minutes.
I'm coming back, because there were two employees (a dark-haired woman with glasses and a red-haired woman) who went above and beyond to make everything great.
I order Davis quadruple and the bun was harder than me when I saw Tracy yuck

The manager on duty was about the worst I have ever seen. Didn't greet, thank, or apologize when he screwed up and delayed our order. The 1 really good point was the young lady taking our order. No one wearing a hairnet in the prep area and the guy that I assume was the manager had more hair than my daughter as he was prepping food with out a hair net or gloves (thank God not my food)
