Always unsavvy characters around. Inside dirty. Waited 20 minutes for 2 meals. Atmosphere is blah.

The manager ( tall woman in glasses) at the 1100 Broad St Brooksville location was incredibly rude. The window was open as I pulled up and the manger looked directly at me asked “what’s the name “ I responded , then said “pull up” which I did assuming my pick up order was not ready yet. She then proceeds to yell loud enough for me to hear her across the parking lot “WHY DID YOU PULL UP” in an aggressive tone. If she was not ready to service the window she should have kept the window closed. I hope she faces some kind of consequence for her extremely poor customer service over such a minor misunderstanding.

First off the ordering is done through ai and it doesn’t understand barely anything of what you are saying. We waited OVER 30 minutes to get our food. This is supposed to be fast food. We asked multiple times make sure there is our sauces we asked for In the bag. Well you guessed it. No sauce at all in the bag. We ordered 3 biggie bags there is no reason we waited as long as we did. Our drinks were basically watered down when we got them it was like they had them pre made and just sitting there. Absolutely ridiculous

I've always loved this Wendy's but I don't really recommend the drive through because of the new ai system they have taking your orders. I think it just takes longer than if an actual person did it.
It's supposed to be fast food. There was nothing fast about it.

I wanted to complain to corporate but the girl at register didn’t give me a receipt and you need store number that appears on receipt to complain. Didn’t eat there took it to go, the dining area was dirty. I ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers. Went home and took burgers out. Both rolls were rock hard. Burgers were charred. Tiny piece of lettuce tomato and a ton of mayo. No ketchup. My husband called to complain and the girl who answered the phone hadn’t no clue what to do.
Used to love the chili but lately they have overloaded it with pepper and spices- gotten way to spicy for me
