Price was decent for the amount of food, and the food was consistent with other locations, but the kitchen was unreasonably slow for a fast food restaurant and with multiple parties was calling out the wrong names or forgetting to call out names at all and food was left sitting at the counter until the customer reminded staff that they were waiting on their food

The absolute worst Wendys experience ever. Three strikes and you're out. Only been here three times but never agin. On Friday night a simple order of two apple pecan salads and two chilis with cheese. The salads had to have been a week old. The chicken in the salads were dry as cardboard. The chili had zero meat in it and no cheese. Never again, I'm done with this place and everyone I know will know about it.

Wendy's has been going down hill it seams for awhile. Decided to give it another shot and went to this locations drive thru yesterday. It's AI on the speaker. Charges for BBQ and Ranch even though we ordered tenders and nuggets in the biggie bag and 2 kids nugget meals. They forgot the nuggets for the biggie bag so I had to go in after going through the drive thru. Good thing I did because we got no napkins and only 2 straws and we needed 4. Asked the AI for ketchup for the 2 kids nugget meals, and there was none in the bag so when I went in I asked for some and That's when I was told they were out. Why wouldn't the person at the window mention that when handing over the food? Out of ketchup then charge for sauces. Looks like Wendy's continues its down trend..

This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had at Wendy’s. Instead of a real person, the drive-thru uses an AI assistant, which did not get the order correct. That alone was frustrating.
When we finally reached the window, we waited over 10 minutes for a very small order — just a $5 Biggie meal. This is something that should take only a few minutes at most.
There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and no respect for the customer’s time. Using AI is not an excuse for poor service and long waits. Fast food should be fast — this experience was anything but.
I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Usually wendy's is pretty good, but last night when I ordered doordash they forgot my chili.The potatoes were pathetic, no sour cream.I'm i'm disappointed in the price that i'm paying for all this food and even my other potatoes, they're pretty disappointing

Chances are something will be forgotten in your order. I've had dipping sauces left out and today the breakfast sandwich that should have bacon didn't have bacon. And can't even argue they were handling a rush cause I was the only customer...

This place has forgotten food on MULTIPLE occasions but what’s warranted a review is the thirty minute wait time i had with a MOBILE ORDER. Mind you, we told them we were there and waited so long inside we just went through the drive thru to again tell them we’ve were there for a mobile order. Maybe they forgot about us or something, because they also forgot to give me two medium fries. Please hire more people you’re not helping your staff
Staff can’t read, IA board took order correctly. When I got home the order was wrong. I assume the staff can’t read.

The drink machine was so noisy that my friend and I sat at the furthest table away and could not have a conversation. The staff and manager were also subject to the LOUD NOISE.
The manager said that he had someone coming to fix the problem. We were the only customers in dining area.
