The only place where not a single other person is at and they still make you wait 10 minutes to talk to you in the drive thru. Just the most useless staff you can find.

Ordered a ckn slider and I had to wait for it bcz I was there right at 1045 am but they were so awesome about it... asked me if it was ok and asked me to wait around the other side please....they brought it right out and were really sweet....I'll be back

Can't get simple orders right and nothing was fresh. I ordered an Asiago ranch classic chicken sandwich. Didnt have the cheese ranch sauce or the bacon. It was just a plain chicken sandwich. Like everything is these days overpriced trash.

ALWAYS 15-20 minutes late for online orders. I'll attach pictures of our two large fries from today's order... why order large when you can get the same amount as a kid's meal. $20 party pack of chicken nuggets is also half empty. This used to be our favorite "fast food." Not any more.

Ordered from this store through door dash, was suppose to get a plain cheese burger but instead got a chicken sandwich. Ordered again (my mistake) thinking there’s no way they could get 2 orders in a row wrong but they did. Got a hamburger with EVERYTHING on it. Outstanding customer service, an absolute sweetheart of a woman serving at the drive thru intercom on 10/10/24! So kind and patient. Big shoutout to all the employees working today- the day right after a major hurricane! I drove to 7 restaurants and all of them were closed. All the staff were helping the line move along and assisting customers so efficiently.
The kind of place that makes you wanna stop getting fast food. Love spending 30$ on pathetic, especially when the bar is already so low.. ps my 2 y/o didn't appreciate the two spicy nuggs yall snuck into his container.

We came here for dinner because I felt like taking an evening off of cooking. Instead I spent the night queasy. The kids had nuggets and fries and they were fine. Hubby and I had burgers and fries and we kept feeling sick to our stomachs. So strange. We didn't overeat and things looked properly cooked. We did have to go back in for a correction because two of the kids frosties and one fry were missing. Staff looked annoyed. There was only one other customer there and they were missing stuff too. We didn't arrive late at night near closing. What's going on?? I'm not seeing any incentive to come here if it is this inconvenient.
