First let me say the food was fine. My burger was prepared properly finally after having to speak to the people at the service window but I cannot take the AI. It is so impersonal and I tried to find out what was on a double stack. It couldn't tell me it ended up ordering me the double stack and I tried to tell it that I wanted a chocolate Frosty and had a coupon. It didn't understand that either. I had to clear everything up at the window when I finally got a person. If you're going to use AI then you need to make sure your system is advanced enough to handle customers' questions like a person would. Until then you should keep the personal touch and have a human being speaking to people. If Wendy's is going to go completely AI then I will go to McDonald's or Burger King as long as I can get a human being to speak to there

The girl named Iris who is working today is super unprofessional. Very rude and terrible customer service. We asked about sweet and sour sauce as we didn’t know they don’t carry it anymore and told me to go to McDonalds and that they have it. Girls attitude is absolutely insane. Do better Wendy’s!

Best fast food experience I've had in probably years. The 2 ladies working 12:30am at the drive thru were so nice and pleasant. Fries were cooked perfectly and I was even warned they were hot.

Above and beyond service. They are so kind and excellent. They remade a meal because my girlfriend likes her burgers a bit more well done! Hot and delicious. Thankyou Adam, Sarah, Ally and the manager on duty. It’s hard to find friendly places where you can actually enjoy your food. This is the only Wendy’s we will go to.
