Best fast food experience I've had in probably years. The 2 ladies working 12:30am at the drive thru were so nice and pleasant. Fries were cooked perfectly and I was even warned they were hot.

Above and beyond service. They are so kind and excellent. They remade a meal because my girlfriend likes her burgers a bit more well done! Hot and delicious. Thankyou Adam, Sarah, Ally and the manager on duty. It’s hard to find friendly places where you can actually enjoy your food. This is the only Wendy’s we will go to.

worst location in Spring Hill. I ordered on my phone, well before breakfast was over. showed up with 10 minutes remaining for breakfast after placing my order ahead of time and was told I couldn't pick it up. make it make sense. and, whomever was in the drive thru wasn't even polite from the start. the only reason I even used this location today was because it happened to be in the area I was already in and I will NEVER make that mistake again. if I could give a 0 star review, I would.

friendly staff. The biggie bag is a huge hit for $6. The bathroom bathrooms were clean. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. food came out as ordered wide variety of drinks to choose from. They have various dessert options. Including their famous Frosty’s.

Got the oreo brownie frosty...looked and tasted like vanilla frosty with small oreo pieces. Not impressed at all. I even asked if that was it.
The only place where not a single other person is at and they still make you wait 10 minutes to talk to you in the drive thru. Just the most useless staff you can find.

Ordered a ckn slider and I had to wait for it bcz I was there right at 1045 am but they were so awesome about it... asked me if it was ok and asked me to wait around the other side please....they brought it right out and were really sweet....I'll be back

Can't get simple orders right and nothing was fresh. I ordered an Asiago ranch classic chicken sandwich. Didnt have the cheese ranch sauce or the bacon. It was just a plain chicken sandwich. Like everything is these days overpriced trash.

ALWAYS 15-20 minutes late for online orders. I'll attach pictures of our two large fries from today's order... why order large when you can get the same amount as a kid's meal. $20 party pack of chicken nuggets is also half empty. This used to be our favorite "fast food." Not any more.

Ordered from this store through door dash, was suppose to get a plain cheese burger but instead got a chicken sandwich. Ordered again (my mistake) thinking there’s no way they could get 2 orders in a row wrong but they did. Got a hamburger with EVERYTHING on it. The people at this store clearly don’t know what they’re doing and can’t get an order right
