Every time I’m in town and I want something from BR I visit this one because the staff is always very nice and they always have the items in stock and make the cappy Blast really good as it should be. IMO, one of the best ones in the Orlando area.

Bad customer service! I ordered ice cream at Baskin Robbins, and they did not give me my ice cream when I paid and was charged money already, and I was driving by to pick up my ice cream I ordered on the app. They refuse to give me what I ordered! They are stealing from customers. BEWARE of this location! I ask for a refund and they refuses to refund my money back! This location is stealing from customers!

Pulled up being it’s the only thing open for ice cream so me and my family come to the drive thru only menu available is the Dunkin doughnuts menu when i tell the person inside this she goes oh yeah the menu is down so i ask if we can come inside she said no and to pull up the menus on our phones 🤷🏽‍♂️ service is absolutely terrible waited until we got to the window to ask if we could pay in cash shit attitude mind you they weren’t busy at all was just us there also out of all the flavors we asked for originally

This Baskin Robbins is AMAZING!!! I ABSOLUTELY appreciate Mrs. Connie for being so kind and making my birthday May 17, 2025 a memorable birthday by making me a gorgeous purse cake!! I don't know how she knew I would love it but I absolutely did. (Did past tense since I ate it all!! Mrs. Connie you are an ABSOLUTE ANGEL for what you did for me I couldn't have asked for a better gift then you making my cake for me and when you hand delivered it to me when I came to pick it up made my day because I got to meet you! Please PLEASE never change who you are you are an ANGEL! Thank you soo much! I will be back for those other goodies, it was well worth the 1:15 minute drive.😍💙❤️

If I can give cero 🌟 I will, I always go here and every time I come is horrible experience. They never want to work. Last night I went they didn't have any type of ICE CREAM 🤔
They attitude of people if you don't like your JOB QUIT THEN..... I will never come back to this place.

I went to have a smoothie, they served me badly 2 times, I asked to get my money back and the girl who was there with pink hair insulted me very ugly in my face, I think the owners are not interested in how their employees treat customers. bad place to go and share with family

A pink-haired girl who didn't want to give her name was rude because we didn't want to take the ice cream she gave us in a bad way... and what's more, she said rude things to our faces. Pathetic service!

Worst rocky road I’ve ever eaten. I ended up throwing it away because it tastes so bad and the waffle cone as well. Plus the poor friendly customer service.

Very unfriendly!The bathroom door locked for paying customers, they appeared under staffed ,A lady was in there putting on a full face of makeup but they wanted to charge $1 for a cup of ice , just very strange atmosphere .Not coming back!

The store is super clean. They have many ice cream flavors and donuts that in the other store dont have. I give one star because the owner should tell the employees to do better. The customer service was bad. Horrible! 3 girls at front 2 of them high as a kite they didn’t know they were at BR. I aak for a scoop of chocolate ice cream she charge me for and left. I was waiting for 5 or more min and no line. Just me and my son. I noticed the girl left, where well IDK she was not in this world lol I have to call the other high girl to ask again for my Ice cream! The other girl very nice doing the donuts and the other guy In another world too. I can understand that you are a Marihuana user but to go to work like that when u dont even know where you at that’s not ok.
