Okay I don’t come here often. But today I wanted a small frozen matcha with oak milk nothing crazy I even got a a croissant which was good. But why did my frozen matcha come out and it’s lighter than a mix child in the winter. And it’s not frozen it’s just chilled oak milk with a hint of matcha yeah I won’t be back…

I’m not a person to write reviews, though in this instance I had to pause and take the time to acknowledge the flawless visit I experienced today. The staff polite, friendly, respectful. The selection of items very adequate, the muffin I consumed fresh. The iced coffee prepared as per my request. The public din-in area spotless pleasant ambiance. The rest room (men’s) spotless. I am a very busy parent of several disabled children so when I take the time to do this it’s because this staff is doing a fantastic job. Well done ladies !!

From a managers point of view, I know how important it is to make sure we are hiring great quality people. I want to give a recognition to Daisy. She works the drive-thru. One of her best attributes is that she is always welcoming people to the window with a smile and I appreciate that. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and great with guests. You can tell she doesn’t treat people as a number but like family. She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion.
The service is great but why is a milkshake almost $12? They're really crazy and proud of their product.

My favorite spot especially late night I don’t know all their names it’s 2 girls I enjoy their service so much over night. Thank you guys. I don’t care how far I gotta drive I rather go here to get my coffee. Sometimes the younger girls in the early day don’t make my coffee good but they always remake it but never ever get an attitude like in other places and they aren’t rude and I thank them for that but this place is awesome thank you all for your great customer service. I appreciate ya.
