I stopped by today on my way through here for work. The food was great and serviced from the Owner was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend coming back and trying the pulled chicken and brisket.

Great barbecue, conveniently located M-Th at Sizemore Welding on Rt 100.
Nice menu, good meal options plus three homemade sides. Reasonable prices, friendly service.

Me and the wife stopped by this afternoon and this is definitely one of the best BBQ joints I have ever been to. I got a pound of brisket and some jambalaya and it was awesome. The wife got some chicken and a couple sides and she loved it as well. Totally worth the stop. I will definitely be back. Seriously, some of the best brisket I have ever had. I like mine a little on the lean side and it was so juicy.

After multiple times passing Keith’s Cool Beans food truck, I finally decided to pull in with my brother and give it a try…boy was that a great decision! The brisket was smoked to perfection, the short ribs were the furthest from short on flavor and the Mac n cheese was Mac daddy! Our only complaint was they were fresh outta pulled pork, so get there before 5pm and get you some! I sure will next time, cuz believe me there’s gonna be a next time…and a next…and a next…and a next! Thanks, Keith and Tanya! Smoke on!! ✌🏻

Stopped in today and had lunch. I had brisket and wife had pulled pork sandwich. Everything was fresh, delicious,moist and tender. Sat at the picnic table with out 2 dogs and had a nice talk with Tanya and Keith. Stop in, you won't be disappointed.

Pork was dry, not much rub but could taste the smoke flavor. The beans could be improved, my first taste said canned pork & beans but there was another type of bean mixed in. Needed bbq sauce which i added but needed liquid smoke or hickory bbq sauce. Pretty plain for that word to be in their name. Nice people though.

I have eaten food from cool beans twice and both times I got sick. Pucked my guts out. I don't understand how they stay in business. 🤮🤢

I dont like giving bad reviews to small business at all because im a big supporter of small businesses. I would like to say its more of a critique so they can improve their product. I had the brisket and cole slaw. The brisket was very chewy and if it was smoked longer im sure it would be a lot tender. It was also lacking in flavor, not much dry rub/seasoning. The cole slaw was okay, but was too creamy for me, i guess some people may like a very creamy cole slaw, i usually like a light dressing. Maybe it was an off day because i see the good reviews thats why i decided to check it out. But i most likely may not come back. They seemed very nice though.

Support your local food truck.. they have the best BBQ. The food is delicious and affordable, which is why I'm definitely going to come back! Highly recommend the jumbalia rice, beans, and pulled pork.

I got the 4 meat sampler the only thing that was good was the chicken. The sauces they have taste weird. I have tried just about every bbq place in central Florida and briskys in st augustine is still the best. I would urge cool beans to go try them so they see what real bbq looks and tastes like. Sorry to be so blunt the owners seem nice but this is not real bbq. I don't know why they put chunks of tomato in the pulled pork. The brisket was both moist and tough at the same time. The ribs were tough. I did like the Mac and cheese and chicken.

Wow, ordered the ribs and my oh my they were so tender and great taste. The owners and service was great. Will definitely come back. You need to check them out!!

Such a sweet pair cooking such great tasty authentic wood smoked Texan wood smoked, That is delicious please go give them a try.
