I stopped by today on my way through here for work. The food was great and serviced from the Owner was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend coming back and trying the pulled chicken and brisket.
Me and the wife stopped by this afternoon and this is definitely one of the best BBQ joints I have ever been to. I got a pound of brisket and some jambalaya and it was awesome. The wife got some chicken and a couple sides and she loved it as well. Totally worth the stop. I will definitely be back. Seriously, some of the best brisket I have ever had. I like mine a little on the lean side and it was so juicy.
After multiple times passing Keith’s Cool Beans food truck, I finally decided to pull in with my brother and give it a try…boy was that a great decision! The brisket was smoked to perfection, the short ribs were the furthest from short on flavor and the Mac n cheese was Mac daddy! Our only complaint was they were fresh outta pulled pork, so get there before 5pm and get you some! I sure will next time, cuz believe me there’s gonna be a next time…and a next…and a next…and...
