Overpriced , the butter is just oil and it’s not good they just dump random seasonings in and call it “Cajun” 84 dollars for 4 snow crab clusters is disgustingly overpriced and price gouging. They make you wait so long and the people of Bunnell do not go there only those people who don’t know what food is meant to taste like I suggest going to st Augustine or ferther down south for good seafood
Good food, took over 45 minutes to get boil bag of shrimp. So, not great service

Granted, it was a fish place, but there were very few fish alternatives for those of us that don't much care for fish.
It was very noisy due to all of the fans running. Difficult to hear each other.
Parking: Limited parking. They had a couple of food trailers taking up a lot of space.

We recently visited Crab Shack 386 while exploring the area and were disappointed with our experience. Although the reviews were promising and I appreciate supporting family-owned businesses, the food did not meet our expectations.
My husband and I ordered the crab boils, which were unfortunately lackluster. The crabs were bland and not seasoned, the corn was mushy, and the shrimp were served not deveined . The sausages were whole and tasted like generic boiled sausages, which was underwhelming.
My son had the fried fish and shrimp, which were also bland. We decided to try the alligator bites, but they were similarly unseasoned. I was told the alligator bites couldn't be seasoned, and I received a refund. It seemed like the kitchen was not fully prepared to deliver the flavorful experience we had hoped for.
From what I gathered, the sons were managing the kitchen. The one doing the cooking might benefit from a bit more guidance or the family recipe, as the food did not reflect the positive reviews we had read.
Overall, our visit did not align with the hype and we left quite disappointed.

A wonderful place where you can dig in with your hands have a face fill of tarter sauce and your server hands you extra napkins without asking. My glass stayed full. There was so much food I almost asked our server to join us. Truly another score for Bunnell with that small town down at home feeling.

Been coming here for awhile with my family and we love the wings. Even my son who is a very picky asks us to stop in for Wing Wednesdays. Jaylen and Uncle Mike treated us like family when we there the other day.

I've tried multiple times to order by phone FORGET IT...They say someone just walked up please hold a moment...I have no idea what this person ordered, but at some point you reassure the phone customer you haven't forgot them.
After about 8 minutes on hold my wife tried on another line. Ring no answer. I gave up and went to Banton Chef. Just a cross the street. Great Giant Fish Sandwich for less. Bantom Chef has been there for ever. It a Legendary Place! Great Food. Sorry never can order at 386 Crab Shack....Sorry But True.

We’ve read the reviews and thought we would try it out. As a first time customer, the process is a bit daunting. You go to the counter and your asked what do you want. I said it was our first time and we need a menu. After getting a menu it’s obvious you have to get out of the way because it’s chaotic and the choices are many. The counter is high and crowded with stuff so it’s difficult to communicate and don’t plan on asking questions. All the featured items are “market price”? After they take our order we went to find a place to sit that was clean. At that point I was directed back to the counter to get our bucket of essentials that consisted of plastic forks, two cups and a pair of surgical gloves. After waiting over 20 minutes and seeing many come and go with takeouts I asked the girl that was cleaning the next table if she could check on our order. I then was told they were busy and was told they would be out soon and was asked the name on the order. She went to the kitchen and brought out one order. And you can imagine how that went over when the wife had to watch me. Her meal came out shortly but she was so engrossed watching me trying to eat snow crabs clusters and shrimp that was soaking in a sauce that t was impossible to peal. I broke the fork tines trying to split the legs to be able to push out some resemblance of shredded crab meat. At this point I humbled myself to go to the counter to request a metal fork and a pair of crackers for the claws. A young lady brought out a set of crackers from the back and informed me the flimsy plastic forks were all they had. I can honestly say the potato was the high light of the meal. If you made it this far, trying to get those gloves on could be a whole new adventure. I am sorry to say it was a disappointing experience especially for a “Market Price” meal.

My boyfriend took me here for my first crab boil and the food and service were both phenomenal. All the employees gave off such warm, welcoming, and helpful energy (one of the women working there even gave me their biggest portioned banana pudding out of the display case -which was delicious). We will definitely be back!

Went tonight for the first time. My husband had been mentioning trying it and today is his birthday. Very personable staff, food was excellent, especially the crab legs, shrimp and the crab cake was amazing. Fish and fries also good. We will definitely be back to support this family business.

Love coming here. They know us by name & treat us like family.
Parking: The store front has 3 spots to park when their food truck is there. No worries, though, there is plenty of parking behind the building.
