The owner which is a woman with black hair was not very friendly and corrected my friend on her meal choice when she picked Vaca Frita and told her it was ropa vieja. I told her no she's picking Frita and made it strange so I told my friend in English she'd like it. The croquetas were frozen and a took a long time but tasted fine, my drink came after my food even after telling me they have the fruit i asked for and changd it with no worries, no water was offered and no plates for our croquetas were given, my stead sandwich was very very thin, the lettuce was pressed the sandwich is so it was floppy and hot. We weren't done with our plates she was grabbing them from us saying someone was leaving. We said okay. Then we talked more while finishing our drink and not even done with our glass she pulls the cups from our hands and we are trying to finish drinking them saying she's gotta go close the other location and took our drinks. She didn't tell my friend about the cuban sandwich to go till I asked and she had already made it a while ago and wrapped it in foil. She put on a smile at the register that's about it. It was rude and I won't go back again.

My wife and I stopped here this afternoon completely by chance. What a wonderful discovery! The food is excellent! The service is impeccable! This is the little hole in the wall restaurant that foodies look for and are sometimes hard to find. What an epic experience!

Great Cuban sandwich and breakfast platter (Cuban Sunrise). The exterior is unassuming but the food and staff are lovely. We stopped here on a whim during a road trip and we're so happy we did. We'll add it to our list of favorite local finds.

We enjoyed our late lunch. Our meal arrived very quickly; consisted of very tasty mildly seasoned fried fish, fried plantains having just enough oil, along with copious servings of rice. The restaurant was clean and well lit.. Our server, Diana was also very cordial. We highly recommend this establishment.
