The steak and mushroom sub was my favorite for years but the sub I got last night was the worst thing I've ever tasted in my life and I'm a forgiving personbut this was atrocious. Hopefully it's just this location that uses whatever recipe that was because I'll never order that again. The sub bread was totally different, it was made of the worst pizza dough that tasted like it was freezer burnt before they baked it. There was absolutely no seasoning on the steak, the sub set has 1 HALF SLICE of a Roma tomato lol A HALF OF A SLICE, 2 banana peppers, and a ton of shredded lettuce ?? disappointed is a huge understatement, I couldn't do anything but laugh at that disaster. I went yo bed hungry after wasting my time and money on that POS after a very long 12 hour shift. That's a slap in the face and borderline disrespectful to accept someone's money and serve them hot garbage. There was absolutely no thought or competence that went into that sandwich, I would be too ashamed to give that to someone for free!

More than hour to get my pizza. And the service horrible! They refused to cancel my order and hung up on me!

I ordered online. I arrived for pick up 20 minutes later as per the online ready time. The Howie tracker said it was ready to go. I went inside to pick it up and the teenage employee looked surprised. I watched him go back to find our ticket order still on the printer. He came up and apologized saying that he was up front sweeping which he was but not until after I arrived. He had ear buds in and could not hear. Now I wait longer….. ?

Placed my order online for delivery, then got a call an hour later saying they only have door dash drivers now, and they can't drive more than 5 miles from the store. I'm 7 miles away so they deleted my order. Management needs to change the stores website in regards to this. Hoping my refund shows up tomorrow. In the meantime, Domino's can have my money.

First time ordering from here. Ordered a pizza and salad. Told them no olives, arrived home and salad full of olives. Pizza didn't taste to good.....

We ordered 3 pizza and had to wait approximately 20-25 minutes. Call ahead if you are in a hurry. The pizzas were great. They also offer a variety of crust flavors. Cajun was a little hot, but so good. I some times judge a place by it bathroom, their bathroom was neat and clean. 5⭐️’s.

Pizza was burnt , wings had no taste and wasn’t prepared properly. They were undercooked! The sub was an absolute joke. Was flat with no veggies and very little to no meat. Waste of money!!!

Best pizza joint that is a chain/corporation. Blows out Papa Johns and the others by a mile. Use coupons for best value. Salad was a little meh but it did end up pairing well with the pizza! Will def order there again! Disco Inferno crust is awesome.

Placed an order through the Howies app at 745pm, google listing says they are open till 10pm and their Facebook page still says they’re open, but staff says they close at 8 and that my order never came through despite the app saying order was ready and they charged my card. Will never come here again. 37$ down the drain, but staff says it’ll be refunded eventually.

Horrible place to buy a pizza. Products in general not bad (depends what you buy) but the staff/employees the most stupids and incompetent in the market. Every time I place an order or even in store face to face is wrong and they keep me waiting another 30 minutes just to make it again.Advise to others: DO Not leave place without reviewing your order in front of employees.Several times messed up with orders.This is a second review. By mistake I gave another chance to the place since is closer to home (Grand Reserve neighborhood). Failed again. I ordered 2 large pizza for a get together with home delivery today 11/4/23.Pizza came before 5 pm. Was on time.However, I made a mistake and did not review the boxes before driving left home. Looks like driver was in a rush or driving crazy to deliver, both pizzas got all out of shape, messed up against the box (Please see pictures), and I took the picture after we tried to fix it. Very embarrassing in front of invited friends.Once again, not recommended place to order pizza or anything, or if order do no let the driver leave your house before reviewing the product.

Tried placing an order online through the app, I was wanting to pay with cash, the app has no option for cash payments. I called the store trying to place my same online order but they would not honor the “deals” that is offered on the app. Person that answered the phone told me “I’m out of luck unless I have a coupon code” which the app does not offer a code. Representative was rude and unwilling to help. Don’t recommend anyone order food from this establishment.
