UPDATE: 4/13/24 Had Lunch and the food was great. Keep up the great service and food.Ate lunch there today and ordered a “Bourbon” sandwich. It was delicious! The price was reasonable and the staff very friendly. Tons of choices of sandwiches to order. Stop by and enjoy it for yourself. Oh one more thing, the chocolate chip cookie is so delicious!!

I love everything about this place. I have never had a bad dish! Family owned. As an ex-long islander I was so happy to finally find them. I go at least once a week for a breakfast egg sandwich. Every hero, sandwich, muffin … I have ever gotten here has been so good! Reminds me of Long Island more than any other place. Better hero’s than Publix and I like Publix hero’s!

I eat at this place an easy 2-3 times a week I came in on 3/5/24 and the girl at the counter was extremely rude. I don’t care that you work for mommy & daddy I give my $ and business to you and expect a little respect. Mommy and daddy were not there assisting this is why the food sucked and attitude was given. I will have at least 5 ppl leave a bad review due to poor customer service.

If an order is placed for a sub that does not have the bread option requested or the flavor of chips can please call the number provided and ask what option is available. It is very confusing when you can pick full or half for a size and than what bread you would like... when ordering online to proceed forward you have to pick ether full or half, which made it seem the option was a full kaiser roll ,other than that, the food was great.

First time ordering, staff was very nice. Store was very clean and simple. Ordered online and was quick and easy. I ordered the knuckle sandwich and wow huge sandwich. If you want all the meats, this is the sandwich for you.

My family usually likes to go here. However, the last few times I’ve been there the person that handles the register, which is a young girl with dark hair has very poor customer service skills. You ask her a question and she stares at you like your question is inconveniencing her this is happened multiple times I will not ever return to this establishment and I do not recommend it to anyone. You can’t expect people to come to your business. Spend 30 bucks and for them to leave feeling like they received no proper customer service, it’s unacceptable this is why a lot of times these little mom and pop operations end up shutting down this one customer will not be returning and that’s all. It takes one customer at a time.

Intelligent Man
I don’t usually write reviews, but because of the outstanding quality of service and food I received from this store, I was left with no choice. Firstly, the girl at the register, I think her name is Kayla, is the sweetest most wonderful person I’ve ever met. Her customer service was so amazing. She was happy and an absolute delight. Secondly the guy making the Sandwhich’s, I think he’s the owner, I can tell he really pours his heart into his food. Hands down the best breakfast Sandwhich I’ve ever eaten! And his wife who helps she’s also so great and she deserves recognition! If I could give 10 stars I would! I will be eating here every chance I get!
