Only ever gone through the drive thru and they've always been pleasant, but why am I getting shorted on my fries? Only filling up my medium fries halfway and half the time they be cold.

Went thru drive thru approx.9:05pm on Dec. 38, 2025. Ordered a Double Cheese Burger, McChicken, 2 Med Fries,
not one single vehicle in the drive thru, was told to pull to third window, WHY? no one was behind me. Not to argue, pulled to third window, wait about 5 minutes, got order, Burger and fries were cold, McChicken was so so.

Shorted our order. When I called, refused to adjust the bill for food not given. Will dispute with credit card company. Terrible management. Don’t reply with canned “please use this link” response because that doesn’t do anything.

I tried to go to this site last night Sunday night at 1030pm they were closed.i decided to stop on my way home from work today at 730ishpm the customer service was horrible bunch of young people working yelling to each other very loud from the front to the back the girl at the window had my drink hanging out the window before I even paid at the first window then she yelled to the back then looked at me and said Im tired of working with stupid people it was awkward then took 7 mins to get my food and was missing half my order so I asked for the rest she got irritated as if I was bothering her over all I don't understand why people work with the public but don't take the job seriously....it's not hard to be nice

I am not, generally, a McDonald's fan. This particular location, however, has incredible service and is impeccably clean. Every staff member we've met has been enthusiastic and helpful. The manager at this location gave special attention to each customer while we were there. I have never felt so well cared for at a fast food location. It truly is an exceptionally well run and staffed McDonald's.

We went through the drive through on Saturday September 25th at 10:30 AM and the manager on duty created the worst client and employee experience possible. Our 3 combo order was wrong. We told the girl we didn't order chicken wraps but 2 QP(a and c) and 1 big Mac. They couldn't figure out how to fix that. The manager asked us if we even ordered. He then walked away. The order girl walked away. She came back supposedly fix the order and took our payment. When we got to the pick up window the girl confirmed the wrong order and we said nope. Told her what we ordered. Same manager is there tells the girl to give us the wrong food because that is what we ordered. He had her so upset she was shaking when she passed the wrong food and told us to drive up to the next window and she would give us the right sandwich. After several minutes she did bring a QP the wrong version but considering the aggression and poor service direction she received from the manager I couldn't blame her. Obviously it's McDonald's and their ability to get quality managers is abysmal but him accusing us of just getting into line and then demanding we take the wrong food was really ridiculous. So hope some manager reads this and takes some action on coaching their staff on how to properly deal with mistakes and positively interact with not only the customer but his employees.

I ordered double quarter pounder With a large fry and a large Diet Coke when I Get home I looked in the bag and found my large fries less than halfway full. I believe when you order a large fries should be full and halfway. Please check your food before you leave and make sure that your food is checked before you go home.
