I ordered double quarter pounder With a large fry and a large Diet Coke when I Get home I looked in the bag and found my large fries less than halfway full. I believe when you order a large fries should be full and halfway. Please check your food before you leave and make sure that your food is checked before you go home.

I got my fries and ice cream.( I dont really order anything else 😅. They're actually piping hot if you go inside. So I recommend that. Not much going on inside. Relatively calm. Just people minding their own business and eating.

I only gave one star for the terrible service since I never had the food at this location. I went to the drive thru and chose the left lane. After 4 cars order was taken no one ever responded to my request to place an order. I even spoke up letting them know I was there but I only heard the employees talking and laughing through the intercom without responding. I could have gone inside but time didn’t permit me to and after being ignored for no reason not sure if this location is even worth it!

So I show up on a long drive home like I do several times a month at this McDonald’s. But to be honest it’s lost it’s was. I’m in a space feeding my dog a snack when the manager steps outside to take. A personal call on her cell phone. Of course I ignore it Feed the dog and go into the drive thru to get an ice coffee. I don’t always use the app but it’s nice to get a 99 cent ice coffee once in a while. I give them the code. They say they can’t find it? I roll up to the window to show them my phone and the same manager tells me it’s not registering. Shut the app off and turn it back on and it will self correct. I do then the app says it has. A problem. Now at this point I’ve spent about 5-10 minutes in a drive thru. I simply say so you’re not going to honor the 99 cent coffee. She replies it sounds like you have an app problem. So no. I can’t change the price on anything.? Really? You could ring up a 99 cent item. At this point you could even comp it. What’s the food cost 10 cents? But instead. It’s better to send me on my way and not honor the McDonald’s app price. Corporate can continue to ask why sales are slippping. It’s poor customer service by someone who should never be a manager. Lose 1 customer at a time it will add up.

Our local Bushnell McDonald’s is the best! Store is always spotless and the staff extremely helpful and kind. Shout out to Sue. Always willing to help at the kiosk or in the dining room to refill your drinks. Definitely evident of Andrew store manager who runs one of the best McDonald’s I’ve seen. We are lucky to have him and his staff for our local McDonald’s.
