Always have to double check my order here, even when its online order. Have had several missing items in the past or stuff made wrong. But all in all I keep coming back so they definitely doing something right.

I don't know if it's the fault of the workers or not or just the advancement of the kiosk order push but it feels like at least when it comes to customer service, there is none. I like the deco McDonald's design, though.

Why did 4 employees come to the window when we needed the managers help? Who taught the employees to speak in a condescending way to customers, like we don't know how things usually work? Obviously something went wrong that's why we needed someone who could actually help. Was told the money would come back but went to order again and finally the app prompted me correctly and I was able to checkin, so I would have been out of money if the app wasn't set up that way.
