This location is ridiculous. We ordered pizza a little after 6:00pm. We were told it should be delivered about 7:40. No food at 8:00. Called and was told it was on its way. 8:30 and still no food but get a phone call. Driver says he is on his way. 5 minutes later another call that says, oh we need to recook your wings because they sat too long. Finally get our food at almost 9:30 pm! So, they were lying to us the entire time…what in the world is up with that store’s management?!

The lady at the counter today must really, really despise her job. Which I don't get, because she doesn't HAVE to work there. This is the first negative review I've ever given any establishment, as I don't like leaving this type of feedback, but her behavior definitely needs adjustment. Their internet is down after the most recent hurricane in this area, which I understand makes their job more tedious, but when you have pleasant, ELDERLY customers standing in front of you saying please and thank you, at least be kind or put on a fake smile rather than the sour lemon face you keep giving out. Her attitude was one for the books. Do better.

I have ordered easily 30 pizzas over the last 2 years living in Webster and Bushnell... not a single ONE EVER had but a wipe of sauce. Dry and unedible. Mind as well order breadsticks and sauce you might be actually happy.
Otherwise the pizza would be cooked to perfection but for some reason the fools think a dry POS pizza is what people want. After living in this town with an average I.Q. of about 50 I understand why the pizza is crap; the people in this town are too dumb to do elementary mathso they have no clue what EDIBLE MEANS!

Ordered and paid for extra toppings didn't get any of them. For our other veggie pizza we requested no green peppers and verified the selection on the order. They put them on anyway. There was hardly any sauce. We would have been better off with frozen pizza from Walmart down the road. Pizza Hut just needs to close their doors already they are a shell of what they once were.
