Chicken was heavy breaded and hard as rocks. Chicken meat was thin and small pieces was dry like it had been sitting all day. The biscuits were hockey pucks, sides werent fresh. How in the world can any possible screw up chicken this bad!!!
HOW MUCH of our food was left overs from the night before? The food should not be rock hard. If it's OLD - throw it out, your going to make someone sick!

One of the two people behind the counter dropped the chicken tongs and started grabbing chicken with their bare hands, and didn't wash them between.. ever heard of cross contamination.. dirty hands equals dirty food.
Secondary the large female manager who can stand around drinkins tea, talking to her friends while the drive-thru line wraps to the road - NEEDS TO BE FIRED -

Food is good staff could be more focused on the job always forgetting something with my order but i did get spicy chicken this time, i order spicy chicken every time but they usually give me regular chicken. Apparently they have issues with staffing because it's a different crew every time I come here

I had a fantastic experience at the Popeyes drive-thru today, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the cashier. They were incredibly polite, efficient, and attentive to my order. Not only did they ensure everything was accurate, but they also made the experience pleasant with their friendly attitude. The service was quick, and I received my food fresh and hot. Kudos to the team for maintaining such high standards, especially during busy hours. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the lady with the glasses sorry I wish I knew your name !!!
