Its honestly a hit or miss at times. Sometimes the chicken is really dry amd the food is cold and sometimes its actually hot and crunchy and good. I got some today for delivery and it was actually hot. Especially the chicken, crunchy.

This is a new establishment so it's quite clean and airy looking. They have kiosks for you to take and do your own ordering but the software is a little glitchy. When it works. There is only one register for having a human take your order. The food is good Popeye standard food employees are much more focused on the drive-thru. The lobby is minimalist in its design approach.

My son ate here for dinner. He used the Popeyes app and got a bunch of free food for spending a dollar. I ate some of his fries and they were hot and freshly cooked. When he ate his chicken, I could hear the crispy skin on the chicken. His food looked delicious!

I placed a mobile order hoping to avoid a long wait. After 10 minutes of waiting on the same vehicle, which did not move the entire time, I went into the store to pick up my order, as the mobile app indicated it was ready. In the store, the screen showed that my order was in fact, not ready. There was no one at the counter. After waiting some time, during which I was completely ignored and could not get anyone’s attention, I ended up going back to my car and getting back into the drive through, were the exact same car was STILL ordering . I sat at the drive through window for quite a while, waiting for my order. After a long wait, an employee FINALLY came to the window and informed me it’s going to be another 12 minutes because they had just started my order!! I had pre-ordered, and I was there to pick up for well over 30 minutes!! recommend you save yourself the aggravation and find somewhere else to eat, or go to a different Popeye’s location.

Wow, it's really one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant. The restrooms were just a mess. The employees acted as if you were not even at the store. You could not order your meal from a human. You had to do it through an ordering outpost. The service was sooo slow. The food was just as bad as the service. It was just bad bad bad.

Okay I rarely have been treated with the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE like I did at this Popeyes location. The food was perfectly cooked but the STAFF!! All friendly these 3 people you need to clone them. Put these 3 in all your stores. I had a horrible experience at the one in leesburg swore I would never go back. Well because of Stephanie, Kelly, and Jason I now have had my faith restored in the Popeyes franchise. I will be back weekly

Ordered wings and they were so over cooked. You might even say burnt. I like hot wings but these were barely edible. They were old and you don't see this till you get home. This Popeyes is one of the worst. Their chicken is never fresh. And I hate ordering from the kiosk! I want to speak with someone one on one.
