Okay I rarely have been treated with the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE like I did at this Popeyes location. The food was perfectly cooked but the STAFF!! All friendly these 3 people you need to clone them. Put these 3 in all your stores. I had a horrible experience at the one in leesburg swore I would never go back. Well because of Stephanie, Kelly, and Jason I now have had my faith restored in the Popeyes franchise. I will be back weekly

Ordered wings and they were so over cooked. You might even say burnt. I like hot wings but these were barely edible. They were old and you don't see this till you get home. This Popeyes is one of the worst. Their chicken is never fresh. And I hate ordering from the kiosk! I want to speak with someone one on one.

First of all let’s talk about this 3piece tenders 2sides AND a drink combo for $8.23…🤫🤫🤫🤫this was a GREAT experience. The food was hot and the service was sweet and quick. Chicken was heavy breaded and hard as rocks. Chicken meat was thin and small pieces was dry like it had been sitting all day. The biscuits were hockey pucks, sides werent fresh. How in the world can any possible screw up chicken this bad!!!
HOW MUCH of our food was left overs from the night before? The food should not be rock hard. If it's OLD - throw it out, your going to make someone sick!

One of the two people behind the counter dropped the chicken tongs and started grabbing chicken with their bare hands, and didn't wash them between.. ever heard of cross contamination.. dirty hands equals dirty food.
Secondary the large female manager who can stand around drinkins tea, talking to her friends while the drive-thru line wraps to the road - NEEDS TO BE FIRED -
Food is good staff could be more focused on the job always forgetting something with my order but i did get spicy chicken this time, i order spicy chicken every time but they usually give me regular chicken. Apparently they have issues with staffing because it's a different crew every time I come here
