Went through the drive thru last night right before closing and Emma was amazing. She was happy, nice and very cheerful. The drinks were awesome too. Emma talked with us for a few minutes while our drinks were being made and she was just fantastic

Bushnell branch is the best Starbucks in the area, Taylor is always so welcoming , luckily every time he served us when we walked in, his professional attitude impressed us !

Java chip Frappuccino, it's a rare treat so I couldn't put my finger on it right away what was off. At first I thought it was just the missing chocolate syrup that they forgot, and I didn't want to complain about it. About 3/4 through, I realized the straw wasn't getting clogged with chips like usual.They forgot the Java chips in the Java chip Frappuccino.I told them about it and said I didn't expect a replacement or full refund, but a partial refund just for the missing chips. The girl working asked why I didn't say something sooner and walked away. No partial refund or anything.Service was pretty slow despite not being busy.

This is the only Starbucks I go to that consistently messes my order up & all of the staff have attitudes when I ask nicely for it to be fixed. I order one drink every single time & pay extra for 2 add ons to my drink & it’s just always an issue.

This team is always pleasant, smiling and eager to serve. I’ve never been and had an experience where I felt like they weren’t excited to be doing their jobs. Order is always right, and on most mornings, you can get your order in just a couple of seconds. Order ahead is even better.

I thought there was a wonderful experience when we got there we were greeted kindly Explained what products were we were interested in and very good cashing us out went back to ask for some ice and it seemed like the girl was put off by me asking didn't think it was professional then it think she might even have a continued attitude but it didn't mess up my day overall awesome place

The workers are friendly pleasant and accommodating.Dietary restrictions: Like I mentioned earlier something for every one coffee, tea, expresso, de café expresso, latte, capacino, frappe, oat milk, almond milk, regular milk, whipped cream, different toppings. You can customize it to your liking.

Tyler the besrded Waiter was very unfriendly. I thought it was because of my german accent. Second issue is that as a german I cannot use the Starbucks app to get discounts an special offers. So all in all I think there is a lot to do for Starbucks in terms of racial disciminstion.
