Horrible experience. Watched the employee run his hands through his hair and touch his face without washing his hands after. He went outside and smoked a cigarette. He returned and started cleaning without washing his hands. When he did wash his hands. It was for less than five seconds when some new customers walked in. I witnessed this while I sat in the lobby and ate my sandwich, I was totally disgusted. Should have known better to expect better. It was really eye-opening, I work in the service industry and so many things were wrong tonight. The counter with veggies and meats was also an eye sore. I didn't order the ham or the Roast Beef because it was discolored. I questioned why I was even there at that point. I ordered a spicy italian sub and moved on. The tomatoes and lettuce looked horrible.I would have questioned the temperature of that veggie and meat case. Nothing looked very fresh.

They do not provide the amount of meat that you are paying. I even asked the lady if the quantity of meat was standard and she ensured that it was. It was a rip off from the other subways that I have been to.

Went in today which is Christmas day to get a sub,walked in got a drink at circle k and set my bookbag down to look at the subway app to see how far away I was from a free sub,the 2 guys said I had to order now because they were closing at 6pm, I said it's only 5:10,it didn't matter to them I was treated disrespectfully this is my first Christmas here and away from my son's and grandchildren, I don't know what to say I was treated like a bum like I was going to steal something

If I could give this place 0/5, I would. The customer service is horrible, especially the drive thru. Anyone who goes through the drive thru knows that those speakers don’t work, so as anyone would, I go to the window. The woman at the window “Manager Tee”(I assume) tells me that I should’ve taken my order at the speaker, I tell her “Oh, I’m sorry! Anytime I come here, those speakers don’t work so I always just go to the window.” This woman proceeds to aggressively tell me that she’ll take my order, but I have to go the speaker? Mind you, there is no busy line at the drive thru, so why would you have me circle back to the speaker when you can literally take my order right now? I’ve NEVER had this problem before, but this is straight BS. Also, she offered to take my order first at the window, but I’d have to still go back to the speaker? What is the point if you’re just going to take my order right now anyways? Not only that, I waited for her to take my order, like said she would, and proceeds to talk to me in this NASTY tone “And I’m NOT joking.” I want this woman FIRED for this horrible customer service.

order a total of six items four cookies a number 42 and a number 45 both were supposed to be wraps. these wraps were open on both ends on both. according to the employees working that day, they were trying to leave open reps falling on my clothes and in my car. I immediately returned all items and ask for a refund. I paid cash and was told that I was not to be refunded that day on the weekend I had to wait for a shift manager or manager to receive a refund. requested my phone number which I declined. only one star only in order to post my review. it should have been rated a zero

Came in at 5:30 pm on Saturday May 3,2025!! Signs all over saying closed except for online orders!! Caught up with the clerk and he said they were closed because he was the only person scheduled for the shift!! He preceded to tell me it sometimes gets really busy and he is not dealing with that!! So on a Saturday night in the middle of dinner hour it's ok to be closed I guess!! 3 years ago this Subway was run well and was great! Nowadays it's issue after issue! Out of bread, tomatoes, or even lettuce!! But to be closed on a Saturday night during dinner hour is just outright ridiculous!! Didn't realize the scheduling quirk before his fat lazy ass came to work???
