Megan who claims to be the GM of this location is extremely rude my husband came through the drive thru last night around 11pm ordered 4 items was asked to park waited 30 minutes for our food got home and the order was completely wrong asked for 2 crispy chicken burritos and 2 flat breads and got 2 random tacos and a bean burrito spent $20 asked if they could replace it when I had a moment to call them today cause online it says they close @11pm and when he got home it was nearly 12am so I didn’t call that night and she says because I didn’t call she can’t replace our meal I tried explaining to her the hours online say they close at 11pm she said they close at 12am I said well I wasn’t aware cause that’s not what it says online and she said that’s my problem and I told her she had no reason to be so rude and she proceeded to say I didn’t need to cuss at her and I wasn’t so I told her to have a nice night and hung up this was the first time going to this Taco Bell in months because it’s always some drama with these people so I usually just go to the Brooksville one and I will continue to take the extra drive then to continue giving these people business

Food is not bad, the service is just very slow. Even when it's not that busy. If you are not rushing, then highly recommend, food is great. However, if you are in a hurry, then you might want to order online.

We ordered 3 tacos, 2 special tacos, 2 burritos, and 2 fiesta potatoes
We were charged for 3 tacos, 2 special burritos, 2 burritos, and 1 fiesta potato. My family and I have had so many issues with this place getting our orders wrong and over charging us for as long as we've been going there so I'm not surprised.

I frequently visit this location and never complain today I had an issue with a chicken quesadilla being not melted I called to let them know any they ask for the ticket number which I gave and said they can replace it if I brought the food back I’m sorry but I’m not driving another 20 minutes to your store to drive another 20 minutes home by that time all the food will be cold. I’ll just melt it at home. Very disappointed. Paid $7 for a chicken quesadilla and it was nasty. Not to mention many times I’ve shown up to this location at 9-9:45 and they will still not be open. Should of traveled to brooksville and got taco bell

Nacho Bel grande and 2 cheesey roll ups. The hamburger in the nacho Bel grande was watered down. The dinning area is always dirty. The service is very slow. The building is new yet there is no baby changing area in the restroom.

Whoever was working the window October 3rd at 2:30 needs to take the stick out of their you know what and ship off their shoulder. This girl had an attitude from the beginning when taking my order. Then she thinks she's slick giving me a small drink and a halfway filled medium fry. I hope management sees this and takes care of this. This is why nobody likes to go to fast food places anymore! What customer service!

Biscuits were old and rock hard. Went in the trash. Unedible.

Spicy wings were old. Too much seasoning in the breading. Sodium overload. I ate 3 wings and trashed the rest. Unedible.

The nuggets and wedges were good.

Half my food was unedible. Fast food roulette.

Every time I come here there’s an issue she Rand me up for a famous bowl I was told it came with fries and it’s on my receipt and I guess they don’t have that meal anymore? I went to ask questions and GM manager Megan proceeded to tell me with an attitude there dining room is completely filthy because they are in dinner rush, I work in food industry and this is 100% UNACCEPTABLE let alone how she handled the situation with excuses.
Every table you have to clean there is compliance and safety issues all over this store waiting for someone to slip and fall or get sick so because you are in a dinner rush you guys don’t clean the dining room before hand for your customers to enjoy a clean dinner dining experience? Last time I was here close to closing they were “scrubbing the floor” with a broom not even scrubbing, had undercooked chicken ect with attitude no wonder the employees act the way they do let alone the service provided. And they JUST went under remodel are are allowing the location to look the way it does close to how it did prior.
The soda cups I was handed were wet and with sanitizer on them so I had to rinse them out that can give someone chemical poisoning!
