This Wendy's did the best job ever with my carnivore request of 4 patties, cheese and bacon! I have never had such a great experience getting what I need from a fast food place! McDonald's has absolutely never gotten my request. I think Wendy's hires much more qualified employees. Good job Wendy's!

Terrible service we waiting cause they kept getting it wrong a single cheese burger with no onion and one with just cheese mustard than the ticket had our name on it saying processing than it disappeared 6 people that were behind us got their food 2 of them their order was wrong. Than I told the lady or our name has disappeared off the kiash she said your waiting on fries I said no 2 burgers what a terrible service 2 other people walked out

I’m not sure if it was a manager or what but she had a different colored shirt than the rest of the workers and was INCREDIBLY disrespectful. It’s incomprehensible to me to feel confident being so rude and disrespectful especially at the age she appeared to be. Another young man seemed to try to amend her rudeness and I feel so very apologetic for him to have to clean up the messes left behind by this woman through her terrible customer service. If that was indeed a manager, she should be ashamed and I feel terrible for the team underneath her instruction. Too many restaurants in this area to accept this behavior, just go somewhere else.

Twice now! On two separate occasions we have gone inside to order. Upon walking up to the counter.. we were completely ignored. Waited with no acknowledgement whatsoever. The first time we walked out was at night. Today tho, topped the cake. The manager was right at the counter. She wasn't busy. The cook was just standing there. Yet they never took our order. We will never be back.
AI sucks then the human who talks to you mumbles incoherently. Handed us the the dinks two at a time when I asked for a drink caddie. Hands us our food and doesn't say anything. I ask is that all and he mumbles again incoherently. Check our bag before we leave and missing a fry. 😕

This wendy’s used to be the best place to eat, but lately it has gone down hill and quickly. Every time i’ve gone the staff are rude and always mess up our order. Tonight we ordered over $40 worth of food and a quarter of the food was missing and the ranch tasted sour. The staff was upset that I asked for my second sprite that i paid for.

Crappy service tonight and my order was wrong. I get it was a half hour before they close but no reason to give bad service. Just wanted a vanilla swirl. I ended up with chocolate. Wth! Tells us she doesn't have vanilla for 2 Jr. Frostys but make what was supposed to be a vanilla swirl a chocolate 1. Waste of time and money! Won't be coming back! She should have said the swirl would be chocolate.

$27 for 2 people is wild. The chicken sandwich was bone dry and very cold. The shake/specialty ice cream had barely any toppings. Fries were fresh though
