I've now been to this establishment in Callahan 5 times. The food has consistently been good. I typically sit at the bar and, from that vantage point, I would say thatOperationally, I think it could use a little tweaking. I noticed some confusion between the kitchen and the wait staff about where an order should go... On a more positive note, the phone rang several times when I was there and it was picked up within a couple rings and it seems that whoever is closest to the phone is responsible for picking it up (the chef was by the phone and picked it up, picked up an order pad and went to work) Again, a few operational tweaks and maybe brighten it up a little. Oh, and the burger is outstanding!

The wings are tiny and cost as much as a whole chicken. Along with no flavor, there is no reason to order wings from here.

My biggest pet pea is the floor is so sticky everytime I leave everything my feet touch is sticky , gross( , car house ect ) not coming back plus service slow not worth tht plus mess I go home with !!!

this place used to be good around 3 years ago. everything has absolutely gone downhill. food is always either over cooked or undercooked, i haven’t been able to enjoy my food there in a long while. do not waste your time spending your money here…waste of time, space, and air on this planet.

Went in, sat at bar. Only 3 people at bar with food and drinks. Waited, waited, wondered if I died on the way there and was now a ghost. Listen to girl behind bar shooting the shit with two of the guys sitting there, watched the jags a bit. Watched the other servers walk past me behind the bar. Got up and went to Extreme wings on Main where i was served immediately.

This place changed from good service and friendly staff to a very disorganized service and a disfunctional kitchen. Tables getting served out of orrder, three cooks in the backs stepping of each other, lethargic, and confused with order details, waitresses disengaged from providing most basic protocols of good food service. Three rounds of beverages and the food never came. Not a care from the waitresses.

Friendly service and great tasting food. I must admit that I was shocked (not in a good way) at the price of a house salad in comparison to the size of the salad. The portion was way to small for the price. Great Wings!

This is the absolute worst Dick's wings that I've ever been to. I previously left a five-star review only because we were regulars and my wife loved going here and eating all the time. However, the service is complete and total crap. So if you want to go somewhere, spend a lot of money and get the worst service you've ever had. Come to this Dick's wings cuz they will treat you like crap regardless if you're regular or not!!

If you are looking for a place that has attentive staff, this is not the place for you. My family and I had been going here about once a week for almost 3 years until this past Thursday when we decided we will not be back. There have been several occasions in which we waited over 20 minutes to be noticed at a booth, when the sign says seat yourself. We understand that they were going through a period of what we presumed was growth and were loyal despite frequent hiccups. Being regulars, going several times a month, and spending several hundred dollars each month means nothing to them. Thursday made that abundantly clear when several waitresses walked by our table to serve the booth next to ours and even sat/served a group that came in after ours. We made eye contact, yet after over 20min, none of them even spoke to us. They sit on their phones, play dumb when you bring it to their attention you haven’t been spoken to. Absurd. There are other places to get wings, so we will not return.

Had the Islander Mahi sandwich, and that slab of fish was quite substantial on the sandwich but the entire sandwich was so overpowered by the sauce that I couldn't taste it, not the fish, the pineapple, the bacon... Sure, the sauce is alright, but I don't think it should be the only thing I can taste.
