Wings tiny burger stopped together and didn't get the extra beer cheese which sucked but area cleaner and quiet staff not rude and listened to order didn't check order but from my experience thos is a huge improvement

Service & atmosphere were TOP NOTCH. The food though was so, so. The shrimp were fried WAY TOO much, like little curled pebbles.
The burger patty wasn't cooked through all the way.
The ceaser salad's lettuce seemed a bit wilted, & that was the 1st thing I tried eating.
The battered & fried fish, french fries, tenders, fried pickles and all the various wings that we all got were excellent.
Was ok, for the price, maybe not.

Dicks wings is a family favorite as that's where my husband and I first met, years ago. We stumbled upon this location while visiting a friend and had to go eat there. This location wasn't too busy but definitely appeared to be understaffed. The waitress was nice and seemed to be the only one working the whole front of the house. So, we didn't fret much when a couple of things were forgotten or slow to be refilled. The food, however, took over an hour to prepare. We anticipated being there for about an hour total with how quickly we ordered, but we ended up being there a little over 2 hours. The main issues were how many items weren't currently available or out of stock, then the length of time for our food to be prepared. We stayed, ate and paid with no complaints but definitely feel as though they need some help to bring this location up to par with what we are used to at others.

Came in after the lunch rush, 1ish sat myself waited to be seen. A regular sat behind me and within 5 seconds of him sitting down a waitress showed up. Also would like to mention there was only three tables when I came in . Finally waitress came to get my order took roughly 30 minutes to get the lunch special which was five boneless wings and waffle fries, the chicken was cold not lukewarm cold !!!!! I don't know why I keep coming here because every time I come here it's a disappointment we need a better wing place in Callahan because Dick's totally sucks!!!??

We entered on a Thursday night and they told us it would be 45 minutes to an hour before they could have food ready. It’s a wings place and it will take that long to cook them. It’s ridiculous. And past times the wings have been overcooked.

My husband and I came to watch the Jags beat the Colts. We had an amazing server named Emma. She was very personable, kind, thoughtful and caring. She continually asked us if there was anything she could do for us. She wanted to make sure our food was cooked to our liking. Our drinks were refilled before we were halfway through with them. She refreshed our ice. She offered us a dessert and gave us some great recommendations. Emma introduced us to Lex, another server
We will be back, because of Emma and Lex. They made our trip to Dick's.

Melissa was great! We came in as a party of 3 tonight, one of her coworkers came to us as if we were a bother to her and shrugged us off and said it would be an hour and a half wait before we could be seated, even though there were a few tables open. Ms. Melissa accommodated the best she could as she appeared to o be the only employee tonight. As the rush died down…. Her coworkers faced!! Appears there are youngsters being paid to do nothing. So I give my bad stars to the owner, manager and the coworkers of Ms. Melissa.
But to Ms. Melissa…. I give you 20 stars if I could!

Parking: Parking sucks if it’s a busy hour.. food isn’t anything to brag about…celery and ranch is your vegetarian.

I’ve never eaten here, anytime I try to more than half the tables are dirty with the employees just standing around gossiping to each other. Service sucks tbh, food doesn’t look half bad tho.
