While the food at this Hardee’s is very good, the customer service this morning was extremely disappointing.
I walked in on Sunday, January 18 at approximately 10:20 AM. As soon as I entered, the cashier turned around, looked directly at me, and said, “goddamn… these people won’t stop coming in.” Hearing that as a customer made me very uncomfortable and completely unwelcome.
If I hadn’t already placed my order through the mobile app, I would have turned around and left immediately.
The food itself was good, which is the only Unfortunately, good food doesn’t make up for poor and unprofessional customer service. No customer should feel like an inconvenience for simply walking in the door. I personally dislike the “Arches” place food next door, but at least they make you feel like you are welcome to come in and not an inconvenience.

Food was good . I got the porkchop and gravy biscuit. It was good but the biscuit fell apart while eating which really ruined it. I only ate half. But none the less the half I ate was good.

Food is Good, but prices are higher than a Chillies or Applebee's, which is messed up, but not Hardee's fault, rather the fault of Forced Wage Inflation (private sector minimum wage increasing the cost of everything) while Wage stagnation persists for private sector salary/career employees -- the era where 16 - 21 year olds make more than a fresh college graduate. Even still the food was good, service fast, but 45.00 for 4 individuals to eat breakfast is a last for me...

Ordered 1 burger combo one double burger and apple pie. 27.50. That’s insane. Get home both burgers were wrong. They were fast. The rest sucked.

Good morning Jacksonville, Hilliard, and Callahan residence, I woke up this morning, thinking about a burrito from Hardee’s and I would like to say Tiffany at the Hardee’s in Callahan, make the best burrito of all the hardest that I’ve been to and I’ve been to plenty of them. I just want to say thank you Tiffany again for such a delicious burrito. You just don’t know. I drove all the way from Jacksonville to Callahan to get this burrito again I thank you shout out to the management team and the members at the Hardee’s in Callahan.
