McDonald's location in Fernandina has a dedicated and efficient team that delivers good food with fast service. The food was good and hot, with the Sausage Biscuit Combo and Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle Combo being satisfying meals. However, the restaurant was dirty and a table or two might be dirty. The workers always in a mood but they're not bad at their job. This restaurant is attached to a gas station so parking is very difficult.
