Great food. They pay attention to their orders so the orders are always accurate. Their deliveries drivers are polite and the in store staff is friendly and professional. I had an issue with the online ordering system once and the manager Soen helped me place my order and made sure it was made right away.

Ordered from this location tonight; all three of the pizzas were burnt. Along with the wings that were too salty. How do you burn tomatoes? I’ve been to this location before; never experienced my pizzas looking like that.

We ordered two chicken alfredo pastas on Sunday, October 12, 2025, and both were absolutely horrible. They both were so dry. They were left in the oven entirely too long. This was such a disappointment especially since we've ordered pasta from this location several times, however, it was during the afternoon shift.
Also, the bread sticks were loaded with seasoning. I tried to wipe it off with the paper towel but they were too far gone.
I don't know what happened with this night crew but it appears more training needs to be done immediately.
I will never return to this location in the evening or recommend that anyone else does especially when there are other restaurants in the area.

Russel was my delivery driver and he was extremely kind and courteous, asked me how work was and just brought a very “homey” feeling when he was around, 10/10 delivery driver and 10/10 food

Its a pick up or delivery only location. The employees are always kind. Food is ready to go when promised and tastes as good as Pizza Hut tastes. Works on those nights we worked late and just need a quick bite to eat.

Both pizzas I ordered are not cooked!!! Center is doughy and crust is hard. Exactly why I haven't used Pizza Hut in months! Won't order again from there..
Very good food,everything seems freshly made , very quick and inexpensive especially for the amount of food. I do suggest if u get the bowl to add some chips with it or a tortilla.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager/owner is rude and has no accountability for his screwups. Claims the system that they use is wrong when it comes to telling you if your order is ready. Yes his own system he says is wrong and has no urge to make it right or better. Waited for 15 minutes on one part of the order while all my other food just sat there and he then used Walmart being out of an item as a comparison to not making my whole order together the right way. Then continued to take no accountability and just said this is the way it is. He chooses to do this probably because he is only Pizza Hut around. I urge you to go to Dominoes or Spinners in Hilliard. Do not give this place your business and continue to reward managers/owners who don’t care about you or their product.
