Have you ever been busy all day and just craving a pizza and it was made improper it socks. Can you guys not understand instructions? I guess you just make them how you want. Very angry ?

Ordered two custom made medium pizzas they switched items between both was never told the delivery drive was door dash. I left a 20% tip for the DELIVERY DRIVER not to Pizza Hut who charges a delivery fee. When the DoorDash driver showed up, she told me do not tip them on the app again because Pizza Hut only gives them $2.50. That’s not even the cost of fuel for them so please do not tip Pizza Hut do not order online call the store place your order do not leave a tip and give it to whoever comes to your house When I called to complain the manager or owner I’m not sure if he was telling the truth was rude as hell. I will never order from Callahan Pizza Hut ever again. Little Caesars in Callahan is way way better.

I ordered a pepperoni lover pizza and got half cheese, half regular pepperoni pizza. Not to mention, the cheese side looks like random pieces they collected and threw in there… I never make complaints but I decided to call and ask for another pizza. The guy was short with me, though I was polite. He told me they had “tWeNtY oRdERs” to make. That’s not an excuse to sacrifice quality. Eventually he agreed to remake the pizza. What I got next was a regular pepperoni, made with as little care as possible. The crust shows through in many places, barely any cheese. Both delivery drivers were unprofessional as well. Sorry about your crippling depression and the cost of living crisis, Pizza Hut Crew Members. I’m sure those dab pens help though.

something is wrong with this store. We have ordered 6 times in 11 months and every time the pizza is still raw in the middle and we have to have it remade.
Horrible experience!!!! Got our pizzas Friday night. Had company over. My daughter spent right at 60.00. Ordered stuff crust pizza, bread, stuffed something. The pizza was so thin stuck to the box. All the food ordered was stuck to the box. The pizza was so thin it was would not stay together. There was no paper between the food and box. Do not know if we will ever order there again. Money in the trash.

I was over charged on my order. They ran my card but refused to refund my money. They said I ordered on the app and they have no way to refund once you've paid. When I said how much it should be I was informed they have nothing to do with the "pizza hut" app. When I said something wasn't right before he even ran my card I pulled up the app to show the price he said nothing could be done. He said he'd print out what I was bring charged. He ran my card and printed receipt. When I explained where I was over charged that when I found out they would not refund my money. He refused to give me my money back. If I cancelled the whole order he refused a refund even if I didn't take pizza. He wanted to give me a store credit. He over charged me, refused to refund me, but it's ok because I can have a store credit. They didn't have any problem taking my money, but won't correct it. Smh

I can’t even give one star but I have to in order to leave this review. We placed an order for delivery and when we got our order everything was wrong. The pizza was the wrong crust and the chicken Alfredo pasta was missing the Alfredo sauce. When we called the guy answered saying it was dominoes. Then told us they were out of the crust we wanted and tried to call us but we have no missed calls. So they swapped the crust, which could have been deadly if they switched it to the wrong crust since my husband is deathly allergic to dairy (dairy is in most crust types). He said they couldn’t do anything about it so we just hung up. That’s when I realized my Alfredo was missing the Alfredo and didn’t even find it worth it to call again. Nothing was right and the customer service was terrible.
