All i order is the classic chicken without pickles, the sandwiches come with mayo or spicy mayo, easy right? Only the last sandwiches I got had no mayo. The employees act like it's my problem, makes it hard to come back , Somethingso simple, yet done wrong Way to go management 👏🙌💪

The rude lady who I’m assuming is the manager (collared shirt and headset) had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever came across. The sandwich got was literally no exaggeration the most mayonnaise I’ve ever seen. I had to take my bun off and wipe the sandwich. I’m not sure what the opposite of snatching is but rudely pushed my drink into my hand. Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired. Food is disgusting and the attitude is just as nasty. I genuinely feel bad for any employees working under her management.

It seems like every time I go to this location. They never get my food right I always have to either turn around or go in or go back through the drive-through. I just went and picked up a family meal of 16 pieces of chicken and only got 10 pieces. it almost always looks burnt and dried out

I ordered from th drive through and nobody ever replied. 10/10/25 @ 5:23pm. Left the drive through and went to Callahan chicken instead. Food there would be lots better nt o mention they actually have customers service.

Was told the drive through was not working , even though a vehicle was at the window and obviously the speaker worked to tell the that. No one was inside but had a sleeping kid in the car. The only three times I’ve been there, there’s nothing but excuses and problems. Would have given it a zero but not an option.
If you’d like to be ignored or treated like absolute trash then this is the establishment for you. If you can somehow make it through the ordering process before realizing it’s a waste of your time and money, the food will surely get you there. What are they even serving? How do these people gain employment in a customer service role? The food and service sucks because the people who work there suck.
