I go there practically every morning with my wife. I had trouble ordering (my fault entirely) but the ladies behind the counter know EXACTLY how to order my coffee and it’s always great. FYI, my wife and I drove from Callahan to the Hilliard location (before we figured out where the Callahan location was!) The new location is absolutely amazing too! You need to stop in and grab a cup or a treat! The burritos are freaking amazing too!!! 1000% recommend!! 168842 out of 10

Sizes are perfect and so was the coffee. I ordered online and was greeted with a smile.

If you haven't been to roasted Rooster coffee in Callahan Florida then you've been missing out the best coffee of a generation. They roast their coffee beans every night for the following day there are no beans sitting on a shelf for 6 months or a year they are freshly roasted the night before you get your coffee

Roasted Rooster has amazing coffee. What makes it so good is that they roast their own coffee just a few miles from the store front.

Their breakfast bagels are scrumptious as is their muffins. The staff are also excellent and often remember your repeat orders. They are also very friendly and the place is kept very clean!

I needed my morning coffee and decided to stop at the Roasted Rooster Coffee Co.
What a great decision it was! Service was fast and friendly. My Caramel Macchiato latte was the very best I've ever had! Mildly sweet, creamy with a nice coffee hit! There price was right too. Definitely recommend you stop in and give them a try!

I got a raspberry white chocolate latte. I’m not sure what’s the secret recipe with this coffee but it is hands down the best latte I’ve ever had!

I had a $10 grift card from visiting First Baptist Church of Callahan. Stopped in a got a caramel frappe and a sausage, egg and cheese on an everything bagel.

Such a cute wonderful coffee shop!
My fiancé and I were heading back to SW Florida from SC and we were in need of coffee and a good breakfast sandwich.
I’m so glad we found this place because I’m so tired of the local coffee chains.
The service was very helpful and friendly!
I love that they have an employee drink menu that’s has different drinks that each employee loves. It’s exactly the type of thing somebody like me loves! I loved my drink which ended up being a white chocolate raspberry I believed and it did not disappoint. I also got the egg, cheese and bacon bagel sandwich, so good!
For dessert we went with their raspberry muffin so good also!
Oh. We also loved that they have some small
Games to play while waiting or just while enjoying your drink!
If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely come back!

I didnt catch her name but hilliard roasted rooster just saved the day! after having a hard & wild couple of days & in full blown teething stage with baby I messed my own online order up! she was so sweet & offered to fix it for me- thank you so much my coffee trip is my time to relax or try to get thoughts together & it doesn't always work I appreciate the grace & kindness
