when we went through the drive through the service from one particular employee that said her name was miranda was unfortunately terrible, she was disrespectful and rude and spent more time flirting with coworkers than giving polite costumer service. i too have had bad experiences with this employee including i ordered a frozen baja blast and she made it and left it sit on the counter to melt while she continually talked to coworkers and then i later got handed a 3/4th melted drink with semi cold food from it sitting out. the service from this particular employee makes our experience bad every time. this is not meant to bash on the place as a whole because every other experience has been good with little to no complaints

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell I have been to. Orders are hardly correct and the wait. The wait is the longest I have seen. Only longer wait is an ER. Save yourself time and eat somewhere else.

We were missing stuff out of our order and when we tried to call the line was busy. I thought maybe it was my phone so I tried my husbands phone and it still said it was busy. It was like they left the phone off the hook so they couldn’t be bothered.

This is probably the best Taco Bell in the Jacksonville greater area. The burritos and tacos were filled to the brim and they are very kind in the drive thru. I’ve consistently gone here and been impressed with the food and the prices

If you want to wait 30 minutes for your food in the drive thru, then go to this Taco Bell. No consideration for customers and employee attitudes show that they don’t care. I’m sure management is the same..Don’t come to this Taco Bell.

i’ve always loved this Taco Bell location. They always make my food right I’ve only had like one time that I’ve messed up my food in years, but I hate to be this person, but whoever is working night shift it’s kind of getting ridiculous here lately because every time I’ve been going to get Taco Bell at night, the fries were unseasoned. They were soggy. They tasted like they had been sitting there for a while and this is just not what I’ve expected from this Taco Bell location versus the ones on Dunn Avenue and stuff like that. They usually have bad customer service. Somethings usually wrong with my meal something like that always happens, but I just felt like something needs to be addressed to the Night Shift workers about these fries and the messing up my food occasionally like I said I’m not usually this person but I’m just warning others seen
