This location had managed to screw up 90% of my order, twice in a row now. I hate to hold people up, digging through my bag of tacos because we all want to go home, but good lord, this is ridiculous. I just don’t understand how an order being given through the drive through, speaking to the attendant slow, clearly, and calmly, can result in my entire order getting astronomically botched. Atleast they gave me the right drink. The girl in the drive through was nice, but that’s $30 down the drain and only thing I received that I asked for was a Pepsi.

Arrived and I waited at the counter for 3 mins. No one came to help me. So I ordered my food on the kiosk. Then waited what seemed like forever. People inside were waiting a while one guy ordered at 1 and at 130 he said he wanted his money back. They told him he would have to do it on the app. And said his ticket just came up. 30 mins after he ordered it. Food was good. But the wait time and being forced to use the kiosk was not . Also the restaurant was clean. But the bathroom has two sinks the one by the urinal had a broken soap dispenser. So you couldn't wash your hands with soap. The one in the toilet stall had one. But if someone was in there dropping the browns at the super bowl you wouldn't have been able to wash your hands. So there is that

I ordered three items and two of the three were not correct. I simply ordered a 5 layer burrito with no beans and extra beer. I got beans and as far as I can tell very little or no cheese and sour cream and no extra beef. My potatoes had a drop of nacho cheese for my cheesy fiesta potatoes. I will think twice before wasting my money, time and gas to go to this store again.

Excellent customer service fast and efficient reliable the atmosphere is excellent as well sometimes the food isn't prepped properly or the burritos and crunchwraps aren't properly but that's more of a night time problem overall it's an excellent Taco Bell and the prices are very good
