I paid a little over $10 for a steak in the sack alone. Not only was it the worst one I've ever eaten, I was charged $.60 for cheese!!! I was also charged a fee for using my debit card, almost $.50 for a $9 order,!!!! When I asked about the fee I was pointed to a little sticker on the drive thru window that nobody would really pay attention to. If they are going to charge a fee for using my debit card they should have a big sign stating that fact! Most people now a days don't carry cash. Accepting credit and debit cards is the price the business should accept and not make the customer pay.

They were open right after the hurricane, and it was packed full of people. The lady behind the counter kept her cool even though I wouldn't have. Food was great and served hot. All of us from ERFS enjoyed everything about this place.
Priced high for the quality of food. I spent $21 for steak breakfast pita and giant burger and not worth it to me. It's not really a giant burger, and the steak pita is flavorless. I hope it gets better because simple food should also taste good, not like school lunch!

If you're looking for a tasty burger, don't come here. Hamburger lacked flavor. The patty was not seasoned at all, and the meat was very thin and obviously frozen. Mostly bread. No pickels or onion. Just shredded lettuce and tomato, mustard, Ketchup and Mayo. Maybe if they slapped a few pickles on the hamburger it would have been a little bit more palatable. I took 2 bites and threw it away. Wasn't even worth eating. Don't plan to ever get a hamburger here again. Even if I was starving. Yuck!

Just really poor quality food every time i go there and try to give them a chance. Also, don't ask the cashier or manager to do basic math that gets them immediately upset.

They always not consistent on carrying items. They always not consistent with the chicken and waffles or chicken and biscuits. I don't know who orders there stock , but they need to order more on items they running out of. It's a shame I have to go to Hardee's to get my chicken sandwich.

Food was terrible.A simple egg and cheese was guy was offered.No butter or mayonnaise or bread my breakfast Sandwich was horrible.I don't know what kind of salted was in it but it did not taste like anything I ever had.I used to love the Sheik If I am. Going to pay $11. It's allergic for a sandwich. I would expect it to be at least decent quality. Meet terrible won't go back.

The sheik is supposed to be a Jacksonville landmark for years tried it with a co-worker.. not bad a little on the greasy side but what do you expect? Had the Philly cheese steak..

You know I’ve been eating camel rider all my life. I cannot believe that they put one thin slice of Bologna, salami, and ham the meat was so thin. You could see through it I’ve never got one like that before so I thought to myself or maybe somebody made a mistake. It used to be two pieces Bologna, salami and ham sandwich was always delicious. And you could not be through it I’ve gone there twice and got the same. Camel rider And it will be my last I know things are hard now and prices have gone up, but don’t serve anybody something like that you could see through the meat and the price Ridiculous no wonder why you don’t have any customers and I’m sorry. I have to feel that way.
