When I was younger, my mom used to take me here all the time.It was cheap and they had good food and big burgers. This was in Jacksonville.This is the first time I had the sheik in many years and I was very disappointed. The food was hot, but it wasn't as good as it used to be in.The sandwiches were a lot smaller. For the price you're paying now.I thought it should have been way better and a lot bigger.

Service and quality continue to go down here. We used to love this place but the last few times have just been awful. Staff is rude, they have no idea what they are doing and just poor food quality. I honestly can't remember the last time our order was even right. We stopped giving them chances.

If you want just a good burger and fries this is the place. According to my husband, very little has changed from when he was growing up in the area. We ordered burger combos and our son got a pita. He raved about his sandwich. Our burgers were great with the perfect amount of toppings, and the fries were super hot and fresh. The service was fast and all the employees were friendly. The drink and condiment stations were clean and well stocked. If I'm guaranteed to get the same food and service I'll be back every time we visit the area.

Every visit to the establishment has been pleasant. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and very polite. No matter the time of day, the food is always wonderful.The location of the establishment is in a good spot. Right next to a busy highway.
