Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is good when all ingredients are present. Been multiple times when I was told they're out of certain ingredients and dont even offer the item at a discount. Freestyle machine was also out of all Zero products for days on end. Also, one packet of ranch isn't nearly enough for 5 tenders.

Did an online order for zax pack. I have a large family and this would feed the children, if it was the full order. Supposed to have 20 tenders. Comes sealed with a sticker. Didn’t open until we got home. Imagine my surprise while making plates and I runs short because there is only 12 tenders. I could understand a few short. But 8? Called the place and the girl straight up lied and said she personally counted them herself. Sad sad sad. Please let the Lords chicken, chikfila, come to west Nassau.

Just left Zaxbys in Callahan and the service was exceptional! The best location in Nassau County! The manager Randal made sure my order was fresh! And I appreciate that! #1 location!

Mrs Eunice is the nicest lady ever she seems to always be the one to take my order and she’s the best she’s so sweet “unless I don’t wear my rash guard when im on my bike” 🤣

I have ordered here several times. Most times where good. Few months back I had a zalad with the fried fingers and got sick because it was undercooked.

I stopped by Zaxby’s and tried the Chicken and Bacon Ranch Quesadilla — and it did not disappoint! The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, the bacon added a nice crispy kick, and the ranch brought everything together perfectly. It was hot, fresh, and super satisfying. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely one of my new go-to picks when I want something flavorful and filling. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Tenders are always piping hot and the coleslaws are always very chill ..all in a combined box ...nothing gets better than hot food supposed to be hot served to you , and is hot !! and cold food that is supposed to be cold and ..it is cold!!

Adam and Andy touched me and my food and said nobody would believe me but he did put some special sauce in my food and it made it 10 times better would try again and ask for Adam if you go in

Stopped in today for a late lunch. Chicken fingers were great, cooked fresh and hot. Cole slaw was just right. French fries were HOT and fresh, and well seasoned. Cashier was friendly and apologized for the delay.....but that was understandable. Lobby was busy, and the drive thru even busier. Can't expect perfection in service when the business is that busy. No complaints here.....and no issues. Well worth the prices, and the 5 Stars. Great job guys.........
