Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I came in and ordered a Cobb salad I got a lettuce tomato cheese salad no bacon no egg and then they said drive back and will give you the bacon in the egg. And look how they appease me after they screwed me that the piddle amount of bacon they put in this little

This location is always hot fast and delicious.

I think they’re taking the chicken tenders and cutting them in half because that would be the only explanation for such small chicken tenders and the food is always over fried so hard. It’s not worth your money. I don’t mind paying for good food, but this food is really gotten bad. I know things have gotten hard but taking the chicken tender and cutting it in half and call it. A chicken tender is ridiculous. and please quit over frying the chicken I got the chicken nuggets one day they were so hard you could throw them up against the wall and probably put a hole in it

This was a to-go order. They forgot my dressing for my Cobb Salad, and I even ordered and paid for an extra one. They didn't put any silverware. The food was amazing as usual. White cheddar cheese balls are awesome! We went home to eat it since we had no dressing or silverware. We didn't realize until we left.

This location needs significant improvement. The drive-thru experience was frustrating and inconvenient, making the simple act of getting food far more difficult than it should be. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and unfortunately, it was a complete mess—ingredients were scattered, and it looked like it had been tossed around before being packed. I also tried the Zax Salad, but the lettuce was wilted and tasted off, making it impossible to finish. Overall, very disappointing.

All Fast Food has gone downhill, homecoming more and more..

We went through the Zaxbys drive-thru with our 80lb boxer/pit mix, we got up to the window to get our food and as we were about to drive away, they said they forgot something and handed us a whole other bag, it was a meal for my dog!! No charge, nothing! It made my puppy so happy. Thanks for going the extra mile to make someone's day.

I go to this Zaxby's alot and they usually do a pretty good job. But I ordered a loaded fry and some cheesecake bites and the problem I had this visit was that they forgot the strawberry sauce for the cheesecake bites .. and they didn't put any plastic ware or napkins in the bag. Really just disappointed about the strawberry sauce because you can't have strawberry cheesecake without the strawberry part ? maybe next time ??

This location never has traditional flats available! Even when you call the location ahead of time you still are told it will be over 11 min wait! When a customer calls ahead of time to place the order you would think this would happen! not at the Callahan location

What's the point in having sauce wings when they don't coat the whole thing and it's been quite a few times when this has happened. Also, why charge people for more Fries when you don't give a lot.
