We went through the Zaxbys drive-thru with our 80lb boxer/pit mix, we got up to the window to get our food and as we were about to drive away, they said they forgot something and handed us a whole other bag, it was a meal for my dog!! No charge, nothing! It made my puppy so happy. Thanks for going the extra mile to make someone's day.

I go to this Zaxby's alot and they usually do a pretty good job. But I ordered a loaded fry and some cheesecake bites and the problem I had this visit was that they forgot the strawberry sauce for the cheesecake bites .. and they didn't put any plastic ware or napkins in the bag. Really just disappointed about the strawberry sauce because you can't have strawberry cheesecake without the strawberry part ? maybe next time ??

This location never has traditional flats available! Even when you call the location ahead of time you still are told it will be over 11 min wait! When a customer calls ahead of time to place the order you would think this would happen! not at the Callahan location

What's the point in having sauce wings when they don't coat the whole thing and it's been quite a few times when this has happened. Also, why charge people for more Fries when you don't give a lot.

I will not come back here and yes it’s y’all’s loss. I come here with my daughter DAILY and spend 25-30 dollars. DAILY! They refused to fix my order! And on top that told me they didn’t know how to ring up to add something on. I hope that fry was worth the loss of a customer and to have so little Customer service to fix someone’s order is just bad business!! I may be just 1 customer but when I spend what I do here every single week. No thank you!

Grace was so kind and has excellent customer service skills. We made a mistake in our order as the customer and she fixed it for us even though she didn’t have to. I also asked for extra crispy fries and got just that. Sometimes it’s the little things in life. Food was excellent!

I would definitely recommend a dining room attendant at this location. Almost out of toilet paper and paper towels in the restrooms... A child, at least I would like to assume it was a child, went into the family version and sprayed the whole entire toilet seat.... There was not a clean table in the restaurant. I had to go and get a soapy wet paper towel and a plain wet paper towel (what was left of them) to clean our own table and the windows were absolutely disgusting. It made us lose our appetite in a sense... We received our food and didn't get any napkins, so we went to retrieve napkins and both dispensers by the lids were completely out. There was one person behind the register and the dining room was filthy on a busy day... a clean restaurant would keep us coming back.
