If I could put something smaller than 1 I would. After waiting 10 minutes in drive thru the person that took my order was extremely short & rude. Instead of getting my order I called to speak to the manager which turned out to be the person that took my order. He didn't want to hear about my frustration & hung up after I asked his name. I went into the store to get his name which he stated was John. Instead of apologizing he could only give the excuse that he was short handed.

I enjoyed the food and did the coupon from the app for a BOGO appetizer. I got the jalapeno poppers for both.
Me and my son 13 year old son went here and we ordered and the lady was nice but when we got our food they gave us a kids meal and we did not order a kids meal and we order chicken strips in a regular meal I think the lady saw my son and gave him a kids meal on purpose

I went in recently to place an order that was advertised on their phone app. Specific modifications were not be allowed through the app so I asked if I could have them start making the order while I processed through app. The crew member was trying to politely explain what the cashier could not. The manager abruptly butted into conversation rudely with no courtesy. All to simply substitute out an onion roll for a regular bun. Will not be going back to this establishment any time soon.
