We love to go to Arby’s but the Manager at this store is very rude with the customers and the service is too slow. We order online 25 minutes before going to pick up the food and when we got to the restaurant people were waiting angry because the time they have been waiting. I tried to order my drink without ice, but there was no option and when my husband explained I cannot have ice, she said there was nothing she could do and we needed to pay the drink again.

So they charged me for a medium size meal but gave me a reg size drink. Stating that got two sizes a small and a large non between but flashed me a small and a medium size cup. I overpaid on this meal. And they acted like I was in the wrong.
Ordered beef and cheddar. Sandwich was Luke warm. What's up with that.

If I could put something smaller than 1 I would. After waiting 10 minutes in drive thru the person that took my order was extremely short & rude. Instead of getting my order I called to speak to the manager which turned out to be the person that took my order. He didn't want to hear about my frustration & hung up after I asked his name. I went into the store to get his name which he stated was John. Instead of apologizing he could only give the excuse that he was short handed.
