Lack luster performance by your employees waited for cup waited for ketchup waited for gravy long time not at all professional getting a little better had a peanut butter parfait and the grandson a banana split 14 dollars though

Employees were refusing to make ice cream orders. When I asked for a refund, after waiting for a little while, the girl said “oh I was going to make that later” other customers in the lobby waiting longer than I had waited were also getting frustrated. One employee offered to go make the ice creams, but the girl that was giving me my refund told her no! While I was waiting, a young girl came in, ordered ice cream, annd the cashier went right over and made it for her! But why not mine? Also, every single table in the restaurant was filthy. When my family and I originally sat down, I used a wet wipe out of my purse to clean the table off. There is no online customer complaint center, so google review will have to do I guess.

The employees are great and do their best, but unfortunately the manager Star is very rude and has mocked me and other customers. I would rate 5 stars for everything else but this happens too often, and a few of us are unsure how to handle this!

We went there to get food and the woman in the drive through with the blond and black weave was rude and didnt do the dairy queen tip over. She also gave us the wrong flavor ice cream i asked for strawberry and got caramel and the ice cream was melted. Hopefully we got the right food and sauces. And not to mention she put our large drinks in one cup holder almost spilling it on us. I work in fastfood and i know the way our order was handled couldve been done in a better way it was just pure laziness and ignorance. If she wants to have a nasty attitude and get our order wrong she shouldnt be working in drive through. I dont normally make complaints about a place but the way we were served just left a nasty taste in my mouth.

I was very disappointed when I went by around 7:35pm tonight. I usually have a good experience with DQ. , but tonight they said they were out of ice cream and cheese curds.. I couldn't understand how DQ was out of so much. I think the workers just didn't want to work. I was very disappointed.. like I said usually I'm very pleased with DQ. I just got back in town from visiting family and they are open but don't have ice cream or cheese curds. How crazy is this.

Absolutely horrible. Went through the drive thru and waited over 5 minutes with no one taking our order and only one car in front. If you can't run a business, go ahead and close the doors. No one has time for this.

Great food , was ask to wait for burgers to cook , but it was worth it ! Got great fries too !! Crispy, hot & crunchy ! Best fries I've gotten anywhere since they closed McDonald's on Harrison ! Thanks Alot !! Skinny Good looking Dark skin girl served me & believe a dark skin lady fixed it !

we are having to use a friends page since we can not get on ours at the moment.we have been tryin to figure out how to word this and it not go against the entire staff since it was only one person really that we had an issue with. We were just ordering 2 large blizzards and one lady told us to go ahead and order and then one came on really rude and goes "wait! I said wait! im not at the register" then the other lady came on really nice apologizing and telling us to go ahead with the order and we do, she starts to tell us the total then we hear another lady yelling in the background then the mean rude one came back on and said come to window for your total. She was so short and rude to everything my wife said or asked. We were really upset and disappointed when we got to the window. But, we were greeted with a smile when we got to the window. we asked the lady at the window if she was one of the ones on the speaker, she was. she was the calmer and nice one her name is Stephanie. we were informed by another employee that the rude one was Keyonaaah? unsure on the spelling. We proceeded to complain to stephanie about the issue, she apologized over and over and over again for her coworkers behavior and attitude. she tried to make it right with us, and we told her it wasnt her fault and that the only reason we arent making a corporate complaint is because she was so sweet and trying to fix a situation that she didnt cause. She gave us each a card for a free small blizzard each, and her deepest apologies for having to deal with the attitude and behavior. This girl is so sweet. I urge you to have stephanie as your cashier and server. she is so kind and sweet and she will try and make it right if she can. Obviously she can not control people and hope the other lady learns some manners.Thank you stephanie for making an awful experience a somewhat pleasant one by the time we left. and remember the sweet heart and soul that you have. I know we will. Thank you.

Me and my dad stopped in one night when I got off from work at Walmart and the this is at 1020 pm you would expect the food to be cold or nasty but it was the complete opposite it was fresh the fries were hot the burgers were hot and the guy in the drive thru was professional and

I truly want to rate zero stars but only for one employee specifically. I did not get a name but the moment I pulled up to the Oder box I was greeted with a loud sigh and attitude. I was interrupted in the middle of placing my order and rushed. When I replied I had a second item to add to my order I was responded with another loud sight , a smack of the lips and a “well you have to wait” . I canceled the order and took business elsewhere. Whoever is working the drive through with costumers need to be removed immediately and reprimanded. People don’t come to get attitude and bad mouthing they come for food and a pleasant experience. I hope that employee sees this as well and takes this as a reminder to treat everyone the way you wish to be treated.

Disgusting attitude. Me and my brother just pulled up a few minutes ago very polite and got the worst service ever. First the lady said it would be a minute which was no problem . She got back to us less than a minute so we say just one moment we’re still looking . She did the loudest and rudest sigh followed with a loud smack of her lips . It’s not like we’re were taking forever just simply making sure we had everything ready before placing the order. So we say the first item we wanted , she asked if we wanted anything else then cuts us off to say “no .ok pull up to the next window” so when we interject to say we weren’t finish she sighed and smacked her lips again then gonna say “well hold on” ……wait for what? There were only two cars infront. I can understand being overwhelmed with online orders etc but there still was no need for the attitude . We just left because there was no way they would have the order correct or not tamper with it the way they were so irritated . They gotta do better
