Unfortunately they don’t have less than a star for rating. Every single time I go to Dunkin they mess up my order, which is very simple. Sourdough sandwich with American instead of white cheddar. And every single time they screw it up. Today when I took it back to get it fixed they just slapped some American over the white cheddar! What a joke! I’m done with this place. I’m sure they don’t care but we spend $50 every morning here, Chicfila will be getting my business from now on.

Floor was sticky and service was terrible. I was the only customer inside. There were only a few cars in the drive-thru. I was not acknowledged for several minutes. There were 4 employees that I could see, and they just glanced at me and ignored me. I was just about to ask if I should have gone through the drive-thru when someone finally took my order. No greeting or apology for the wait. Coffee was just ok. Tasted old. I threw my breakfast sandwich away.

Placed an online order for 2 coffees and 1 1/2 dozen donuts. Used Apple Pay and my bank immediately alerted me the transaction went through, also received my order number. 5 minutes later or so went through the drive thru and was told by a lady that they did not have any online orders. We showed her on the Dunkin app where the order was submitted and she looked for a split second and kept repeating the word “No” and was instantly rude and hostile. When my husband called her out on her attitude, she said that she was refusing service to us and we needed to leave. No refund was given for the almost $40 we were charged, even though they claimed they had no record of our order. I asked to speak to the manager and the woman claimed to be the manager but later admitted she wasn’t. My husband walked inside and another lady, who was far more professional, assisted him and apologized for the other woman’s rude behavior. We got our order but somehow ended up being charged twice, almost 80.00!!! I called the store and was told they couldn’t help us, so I reached out on the app for a refund for the double charge. I’m in disbelief of the attitude and lack of customer service. We will not be back, needless to say.

There’s a time when you have a certain birthday and instead of the occasional bacon and eggs, your kids want donuts. When you get these said donuts and become the cool guy until everyone bites into them. Stale. Hands down the biggest let down. I felt embarrassed and literally think I ruined my kids bday because of how awful these were. It wasn’t just a batch. I got 24 and all 24 seemed like they left them out for a week and then decided to put them on the line. Thank Dunkin’ maybe possibly try your product before you dish it out. Are you highly disappointed.
