Went through the drive thru with a complicated order. They were patient and polite. We had to come back for a black coffee and they were even nicer. Every time we go to this location they’re are always so kind and we appreciate that more than anything. We don’t get the kindness at most of the fast food places we go to. So thank you callaway Dunkin!

I was gonna go through the drive-through, I sat at the order station for probably five minutes and nobody said anything so I pulled up to the window and nobody looked at me for probably a minute so I just left. Definitely don’t recommend this one.

these ladys deserve a raise , this is the cleanest politest on point with your coffee dunkin donuts i have ben to in panama city florida & i drink dunkin every morning . They always have a smile on there face & always fast pace . My dog loves them because they always have a pup cup ready for him even when he is not with me . Just a great group of women seriously great service from these ladys .

I literally just purchased a butter pecan frozen coffee with 2 xtra pumps of butter pecan . The first drink was too strong so I couldn’t taste the butter pecan and it wasnt sweet enough. The lady that just remade my drink I wish I got her name but hope she sees this . She did a fantastic job greeting me ,remaking the drink to perfection and upgraded the size for the inconvenience. Ever since cost of living went up a lot of places don’t do anything for inconvenience anymore and I’m thankful that they atleast do . I have never had an issue with this location
