To start off the guy on the headset was very very rude. Rushing me to take my order, then I ask him over and over again did my order have 2 double bacon burgers he replied yes, so I said no you are wrong I only see one on the screen, then he tells me I have 2 on the screen and to pull forward. Get to the window he has another employee cash me out because he didn’t want to. So I asked for my receipt and the other guy he had cash me out was acting like a receipt was wrong to ask for. I said I just want my receipt to see if my 2 burgers I asked for are on my order. And they weren’t. He walks off and I wave and another mixed girl came to the window and I told her what was going on. She cashed me out for the burger I didn’t get. So is he shut the window and started talking about me to the other employees, how I knew she was talking about me is because she was pointing at me. After she brought me the second sand-which I didn’t have I asked for EXTRA KETCHUP she gave me 2 packs and shut the window. And starting acting like I was the problem. Never again will I return.

This place has really gone downhill. I would not be surprised if this location shut down. Just awful.
The fries and tots were old and over cooked after we hat to wait for over 20 mins to get our 2 burgers 1 fry&1tator tot there was suppose to be bacon on one of the burgers well they put 2 little tiny pieces of old crusty bacon so after spending 23.57 on two burger meals u more than disappointed with what I was given please do better Sonic

Bruh, these young people are unprofessional af. Eating in the back, goofing off and throwing food on the floor and at eachother in plain view of the customers that are patiently waiting to order ,still waiting in lines.

I'm soooo sick and tired of this Sonic. I worked here years ago, food was always hot and people were nice and we worked hard and had a great time. Who knows what's happened in those 10 years, but if you don't wanna work food service, GET ANOTHER JOB! I haven't had a satisfactory visit here in years. Everytime someone with me wants to eat this food, I beg them not to. Then we both always regret it. Cold and overcooked fries or tots, shitty portions, and missing ingredients. Thanks for the barely 1 piece of bacon in my breakfast burrito, and my rock hard tots. Awesome work!
Went a few times over the past few months and every time the ice cream or anything with diary the milk was rotten. Don’t know if it’s the machine not being cleaned or stored at the wrong temp but definitely super gross. It’s rotten milk

Omg the sonic on Tyndall Parkway is absolutely TERRIBLE if you go in after 10pm.I wasn't going to write a bad review but after this happening multiple times people need to know.2 weeks ago I went and bought 2 corn dogs one was burned badly on the tip end and broke open.I showed the dark hair guy and he said he had no idea what happened and didn't fix another one so I threw it away.Last night I waited a long time to get my ordee.I also ordered a cup of queso and he charged me for a burrito. I ask why didn't I get queso and he said oh my bad and gave me a cup of COLD queso .

usually I avoid sonic at all costs but Halloween night I went with a group of coworkers and this kid Victor was a gem!! Best sonic employee I've ever met, and had an adorable costume on too haha. Great experience, actually gave me hope for sonic haha. Might come back just for him!!

Everything tasted good but I guess I didn't speak clear enough my double bacon cheese didn't have bacon. Everything was swift and delicious.
