I regularly visit this location, but likely NOT anymore. I went on July 14, 2025 around 5:30pm.
This is the SECOND time I have visited and sat in the drive thru with NO RESPONSE for over 5-7mins. Nothing but crickets, I drive a very loud diesel truck and two cars right before me successfully ordered and received their food, while I sat in front of the box like a fool and cars piled up behind me.
If my kid didn’t want to eat here I would have left! So I pulled around into one of the stalls, ordered and it came out. What the heck is the purpose of a drive thru if you are going to ignore the people sitting there like idiots?

Had to drive around twice because the first time I parked and even though there were cars ordering and receiving there food the man told me they were at that time only doing drive through I went to the drive through and wasn't greeted at all so I went to the window then the man Derek was his name told me that I had to drive all the way back around and wait at the speaker so I did I ordered one slushy and a pretzel and waited like 8 mins for that order then was basically just tossed my food and change and rushed away the food and drink were good but the costumer service was not good at all

This place offers great value! The staff is wonderful, and the drinks are exceptional. I'll certainly be a returning customer. My one suggestion is that the women's restroom could benefit from an update, specifically regarding the door lock, which seemed to be broken.

Savannah was amazing and and super sweet and friendly, I'm pregnant and was CRAVING extra cherry flavoring in my cherry limeade and she gave me an extra couple shots of flavoring in a little cup which made it exactly how I wanted it, it was perfect love going here for my drink fix!!!

I stopped specifically to get the new Unicorn Dream slush. After having to wait a few minutes at the order screen in the drive thru, I asked if I could substitute my drink in my meal for the Unicorn slush and they said “yes”. I get my order and while the food was fine, they didn’t give me the right slush. Their “Unicorn Dream” slush was just a grape slush with some whipped cream and sprinkles. It was nothing like the picture nor description in the app or online.
May 8th 3:40. waited at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes with no one in front of me or parked. Had 2 cars waiting behind me. When they finally asked for my order i told him and then waited 5 minutes with no response. Then he asked for my order again, i could see through the window of them just staring at the drive thru.

First off they said they didn't have slushes. Waited at the window 5 minutes before someone came and greeted us. I ordered a dirty Dr pepper and only got 5 cents worth of drink same with the strawberry limeade and they didn't spin the shake couldn't enjoy it a spoon would of been nice. Ordered 2 smasher burgers and didn't receive napkins. I forgot mention the Dr wasn't even dirty. They gave me diet Dr pepper.
Today is April 29 2025 6p.m I'm adding this review because I was not able to leave a second review. This visit was just as horrible as the last visit if not worse. The mixed boy and the Lil white was playing around not even giving attention to us at the speaker. We could hear them. We got to the window and the boy act like he didn't know why we were at the window. There was several orders just siting there while they were playing around. No professionalism at all. No one has reached back out to me concerning the first review. At this point if you would send me the number to the actual corporation would be nice. I know I can choose a different place to eat. But this company can do better with their customer service

Thursday April 24th at 730pm
My family of 5 came to the callaway sonic after baseball practice and ordered roughly $50 worth of food plus we left a tip before the food ever came out. After sitting and waiting for 30 minutes we decided to look inside and see what was taking so long. 4 of the 5 people working were standing around talking and on their phones. It seems Davey was the only person working. Our food came out after complaining and it was cold. I'm greatful to spend $50 of my hard earned money for some cold food. If it wasn't for Davey I don't think we would have received our food at all. I hardly ever leave reviews and when I do it's for a reason. Do better guys

Normally a great place I like to go to but lately there food or drinks aren’t up to normal standards. At least the day I chose to go to Sonic’s. I ordered an ocean water and that’s it and it tasted like sparkling water and nothing else. Did not even want to go back and wait in line.
