Awful. We went in, they w weren't busy at all. 6 people standing behind the counter, on their phones. Took at least 3 min to even be acknowledged, 5 to have the 1 guy working ask us for our order. Dining room trashy, no other customers but us, food looked bad, meat was dry. Just terrible.We also have tried before this trip to come to this location late night, we'll don't bother doing that, employees will be inside with headset on, for camera sake I guess and either they don't respond or an employee who is outside smoking says CLOSED! This would be before 12 am on a weekend. WTH. WOW

Worst experience I had there waited in drive thru 30 minutes order 1 combo with chili chili might have had one bean and a little hamburger meat the rest was soupy asked for crackers at window they said they where out then they forgot to give me my drink when I asked for it that acted like it was inconvenient for them unreal how there employees act more interested of bi on their phone then doing their jobs what a joke

Where to begin?! This place is awful. Starting with the filthy bathroom, the employee allowed to wear his pants down below his undies, poor service like they've never been trained properly, the drink machine that's never been cleaned, to the food. Dry hard buns, bland chicken, and would you like fries with your salt? This morning 7:18 I pulled up to the window no greeting just order when your ready I asked for a a honey butter chicken biscuit with the honey butter on the side EVEN THO IM paying for the honey butter I was told it’s no way they can put it on the side as a nation wide business you all should provide sauce cups for sauces requested to be put on the side this location never has anything always out of everything food is never right maybe the change need to start WITHIN THE STORE bc the system you all have now ISNT WORKING AT ALL BETTER SERVICE will bring more money
