Unreal. Waited about 5 minute at the front. No big deal. Almost 15 or more minutes for the food. Here the problem. The food was not even cook the fries were still half frozen. The staff thought it was funny that the food was served cold and 25 minutes later the manger said he could get more food out and it was going to take a nother 7 minutes. I got my refund don't trust anyone in the cooking are to cook food properly. Also hear the employee talking about how 3 cars left the drive through after 10 minutes. You need better staff and health department need to investigate this place.

just waited WELL over 30 mins for food at curbside , no one inside & only 1 car in the drive thru . fries were ICE COLD ! and they didn’t even fill the fries up . i’d be cool if my food was actually fresh and actually the right portions but i pulled back around to get the right stuff ! not to mention the female manager inside just standin there talking to another employee while wiping her nose with her hands and getting out her eye boogers , then proceeding to touch customers food . then the boy who brought the food out to me didn’t say not a WORD didn’t ask my name or ask if he even had the right order … terrible experience this is why i hate coming here , looks like yall need some better management & some gloves !!!!!

I had a really bad experience with Door Dash and Whataburger's Manager and a lady name Erin Scott were extremely compensating. Due to that bad experience, the manager personally delivered my food.

Very fast to take money in drive thru and make you wait. Only person in drive thru when I pulled up. This is 540 in the morning. Took 19 minutes to get a sausage bob

Burger was pretty good the fries were soggy and not that good. Service was a little in the slow side took about 20 mins to get to get my order.
